This is a hotel people return to again and again. My parents did exactly that and went back to the hotel again this summer. The service was excellent; they changed their room twice due to issues, and the staff was attentive and courteous. The food is delicious, and the room is charming. Only one thing stood out and was very bothersome: the pool water was simply dirty. There were black pieces floating around with hair and other things. It was really unpleasant. The service at the pool bar is a bit disorganized—mistakes with the dishes, drinks arriving late. These are small things, but they don't suit this hotel... it is usually superb and a pleasure to return to.

Our experience at the hotel was absolute perfection from start to finish!
First, we must commend the Front Desk team. They were incredibly attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Their proactive assistance and warm hospitality made our arrival and stay seamless, setting a wonderful tone for the entire visit.
The culinary experience was equally outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service delivered by the dining team. We would like to extend our highest praise to Mannish, Angelina, and Jomuno. As a team, they demonstrated flawless professionalism and wonderful warmth. Their attentive and seamless service, combined with the exquisite food, made our meal truly memorable.
Kudos to both the Front Desk and the F&B teams for setting such a high standard of hospitality! We will definitely be returning and highly recommending this establishment to others.

Surprised this hotel is not a 5*. Excellent location at the heart of Limassol, great facilities (the indoor swimming pool and sauna are wonderful, as is the spa), excellent breakfast with so many options (including an omelette station), and very helpful and kind staff members. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern in style. If you get a beach/sea view it's the cherry on the cake. The only very minor comment is the complimentary water they provide tastes bad! They have better quality water but it's not free. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights over Easter, and it was the best start to the summer season we could have wished for! Our room had a beautiful view, which made the stay even more special. The staff were absolutely lovely and truly went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. The only downside was some noise from the construction site next to the hotel, but overall it was a great stay and we would happily return

The hotel is big and nice, the staff is friendly and helpful.
We received a free upgrade to a room with a sea view and it was very nice. The view was beautiful in the morning.
Now, there are some constructions near the hotel and during the day you can hear the noise, but it is not very disturbing.
