Our experience at the hotel was absolute perfection from start to finish!
First, we must commend the Front Desk team. They were incredibly attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Their proactive assistance and warm hospitality made our arrival and stay seamless, setting a wonderful tone for the entire visit.
The culinary experience was equally outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service delivered by the dining team. We would like to extend our highest praise to Mannish, Angelina, and Jomuno. As a team, they demonstrated flawless professionalism and wonderful warmth. Their attentive and seamless service, combined with the exquisite food, made our meal truly memorable.
Kudos to both the Front Desk and the F&B teams for setting such a high standard of hospitality! We will definitely be returning and highly recommending this establishment to others.

A good-quality hotel overall. The breakfast was decent, and we stayed in a pleasant room on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view. The reception staff were helpful, and I would like to give special thanks to the bar team for their truly top-notch service.
That said, there were a couple of aspects that left a less positive impression. When my wife and I wanted to open a bottle of wine in our room, we found that there was no corkscrew available. After contacting room service, we were informed that there would be a €5 charge. As we only needed assistance with opening the bottle, I went to the ground floor bar, where the staff kindly helped us without hesitation.
A similar situation occurred when we requested two forks via room service and were again advised that this would incur an additional charge. This was somewhat unexpected, as such basic items are typically provided as part of the stay at a hotel of this category. We didn’t come to Crowne Plaza to buy forks and corkscrews.
Overall, this was a good experience, but I would have expected a higher level of service, particularly as a loyal Diamond member. Aside from these points, everything else met expectations. A solid four-star hotel!

We have visited only the spa in February. During the winter months people would expect warm pools for the cosy experience. Big disappointment. There is only one inside pool, which has cold water in it. We could not believe it... We spent most of our time in the sauna, to not to get sick from the cold water.
Shame, the place would be nice, the lights are making a good atmosphere, they give towels, water... They just shouldn't try to save money on the heating of the water. Better to not to be open if they cannot afford warm waters in a spa.

We stayed for 4 nights over Easter, and it was the best start to the summer season we could have wished for! Our room had a beautiful view, which made the stay even more special. The staff were absolutely lovely and truly went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. The only downside was some noise from the construction site next to the hotel, but overall it was a great stay and we would happily return

The hotel is big and nice, the staff is friendly and helpful.
We received a free upgrade to a room with a sea view and it was very nice. The view was beautiful in the morning.
Now, there are some constructions near the hotel and during the day you can hear the noise, but it is not very disturbing.
