Amazing hotel! Best service I have ever received in a hotel (!!!!). The staff are super kind and never say no!
Private beach with wave breaker so the water are calm and transparent and just nice.
3 restaurants with good food and a few good vegan options.
Rooms are large, clean up everyday us thourogh.
Also did a massage - was great!
Out door pool wonderful and great inside pool with hut tub and sauna.
Will return!!!!

An exceptional stay! The staff were genuinely honest, incredibly warm, and always available to help with a smile. Their customer-focused approach made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with convenient private access to the beach. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options, and the free parking was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoying our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

2 stars for the view alone. We stayed 2 nights here while visiting family in Limassol and had a room with a sea view, which was beautiful.
We got lost a few times on the property because nobody told us which floor the beach/pool was on, and where we had to go to pick up the hotel beach towels. The sun beds were not on the beach ready to use, we had to ask a passing employee to unchain 2 of them for us since they were all locked up.
The toilet in the room flushed only sometimes, and the rooms overall need some major upgrades. I'm happy to pay more for great hotel experiences, but this definitely wasn't one of them.

Our experience at the hotel was absolute perfection from start to finish!
First, we must commend the Front Desk team. They were incredibly attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Their proactive assistance and warm hospitality made our arrival and stay seamless, setting a wonderful tone for the entire visit.
The culinary experience was equally outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service delivered by the dining team. We would like to extend our highest praise to Mannish, Angelina, and Jomuno. As a team, they demonstrated flawless professionalism and wonderful warmth. Their attentive and seamless service, combined with the exquisite food, made our meal truly memorable.
Kudos to both the Front Desk and the F&B teams for setting such a high standard of hospitality! We will definitely be returning and highly recommending this establishment to others.

Been coming to Cyprus since a kid so I’m familiar with the area and the island. Landed on the Crowne Plaza for a 12 night stay.
Pros:
-Good location, short drive to all the good spots and nightlife.
-Amenities are good, about what you would expect (not mind-blowing)
- Spa with good treatments, and easy beach access, with an indoor and outdoor pool.
- Restaurants in the hotel are good, particularly the Italian restaurant, nice ingredients and decent portions (except the lamb cutlets, unless you’re a bird).
- Rooms are a decent size, bed was comfortable, and TV is big.
- Good parking.
Cons:
- Cost isn’t on par with the overall experience. Understandably Limassol is expensive place compared to the rest of the island, but cost vs reward seemed to be prevalent.
- Cleaning staff are very loud from around 8-10am, so little to no chance of having a good lie in. This was a driving factor in writing the review in the first place.
- WiFi is awful, like really bad.
- Netflix on the hotel TV completely vanished from the ‘apps’ page after two days of being there. So if you’re expecting to put on a movie after a fun packed day, bring a laptop/tablet…
-A balcony rooms is certainly needed, if you’re not getting a balcony room, save yourself a grand and go somewhere else as it becomes a mediocre experience.
- Prices in the hotel itself are expensive, but you can obviously go out for the basics like water, coffee, etc. but be prepared to get a firm talking to if you have your own beverages etc. around the hotel, as they don’t allow this (this was extremely frustrating when spending €2,600 for 12 nights) and not wanting to spend €4 on a €2 bottle of Saint Nick water…

Overall, it was a pretty OK experience, average to say the least. I would advise either spending the extra and going for something higher range, or saving a large chunk of money and opting for a value engineered alternative.
Not the worst by any means, but being woken up everyday to literal banging and slamming from the cleaning staff was extremely frustrating, although they were lovely to deal with.
Would I recommend it? Only for a specific type of short stay visit in town, next time I will either spring for a higher caliber hotel, or go for a cost saving.
