Stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting the city for sightseeing. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and the environment felt safe. My room was on the third floor — it was clean, had a decent bed, and enough space to move around. The bathroom was equipped with the basics and had good water pressure. Breakfast was average, with a few hot and cold options. The staff did their job efficiently, but interactions were minimal. A typical mid-range experience.

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had and I have been to over 20 countries! I stayed here for a month and I was always greeted with warmth, politeness, and an eagerness to help. The room was always cleaned before I got back and was always cleaned very well.
The breakfast buffet was great as well! Good variety with food that tasted fresh and cooked to order. Very bright and airy room and also had a balcony to eat outside to enjoy the amazing view of the sea.
The spa is also wonderful - very peaceful, great massage, and very hospitable.
I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again!!

My stay at this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The customer service was outstanding—front desk staff were always attentive and ready to assist with any request, making check-in and check-out processes smooth and hassle-free. The room was tastefully furnished with modern amenities including a fast Wi-Fi connection, a large flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar stocked with snacks and drinks. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness every day. One highlight was the hotel’s spa and wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage that helped me unwind completely. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals with a wide selection of international dishes, and I especially loved their homemade desserts. Conveniently located near public transport, it was easy to get around the city. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

On August 16, 2025, I visited the spa center at the Crown Plaza hotel. The first treatment at 15.00 was a relax massage. It was fine, except for the head massage – that part was unpleasant, rough, and lacked any proper massage technique.
After that, I had the Detox Thalasso Wrap, and this is where things went very wrong. It started with a full-body salt scrub, followed by the application of sea mud on my thighs and stomach. Within five minutes, the mud started burning my skin intensely. It became unbearable to stay like that, and I asked Gusti the therapist to remove the mud mask. I wanted to take a shower to wash it off and relieve the pain, but the therapist told me that water would only make it worse. She said that all I could do was wait, drink plenty of water, and avoid sun exposure.
When I reported my discomfort at the reception, the staff member replied that this was normal and that this is how the treatment works. She also told me that I should have checked their website for information about the Detox Thalasso Wrap beforehand. That was the only response I received. There was no apology whatsoever. Neither the receptionist nor the therapist even asked me whether it was my first time trying this procedure. I should not be expected to search the entire website for hidden risks or side effects. Moreover, the spa’s website did not provide any detailed description of the treatment – only the name, duration, and price.
I trusted them, paid online, and expected a pleasant and beneficial treatment. Instead, my skin became so inflamed, red, and painful that I could not sleep that night. I had to stay at home the following day and postpone all my plans.
It was extremely painful and unpleasant. In addition, the reception staff completely ignored my complaint. I hope that other guests of this rather mediocre spa center will be more cautious and avoid putting their health at risk.

Good hotel in a very good location. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Rooms are Ok. Need renovation. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful private beach. Nice gym and spa
