A very disappointing experience for a 4 star hotel.
Spent 5 nights in it and as soon as we went to the room we noticed a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. As well as breadcrumbs on room table left by the previous guests.
We went to the reception and asked for those areas to be cleaned again. But the smell persisted throughout our stay as well as the "gifts" left by the previous guests which means the table was never cleaned. We didn't even dare to sit on the couch because the cleaning was very basic.
Our room was right beside the cleaning service storage unit, which ment that every day at 7am were religiously woken up by some thuds against our room wall when the cleaning staff was picking up the equipment or by their chats as if it was a mid morning break.
On a more positive note the location is great and if you have half board you are allowed to choose between having lunch or dinner.
Overall it feels like a very unorganized hotel stuck in time

If you get a deal it is ok, if you pay what other hotels charge you, then it is ok. Hotel is massive and you are just a cog in the money making machine. Employee attitude is similar. They comment about you while you are there, we had wrong room, then wrong card, going up and down woth luagge three times. Breakfast is also the same, low quality fast mush of everything. Choose wisely.

We had ants in our room, i asked staff to provide us with another room, but forst they told me to wait for a "technician" to solve the issue (shouldn't take more than 30min for them to show up). We waited 45min, went back to the lobby to ask for a resolution, finally gave us another room, but it took an hour to resolve this. We were tired, wanted to shower and relax, not wait around for someone to solve an ant issue. Anyway, it was resolved, but our time was wasted. Staff however were courteous.

The hotel is next to the very wide and clean beach, the pathways are very flat and spacious, I don't think we seen a hill anywhere, so good for a nice relaxing walk to walk off the calories after over indulging on the hotels lovely food.
We had a lovely room overlooking the beach and swimming pools. A nice surprise that the room had a useful galley kitchen and a bonus of a large fridge.
We went just before the main summer season started mid May and it was fairly quiet. There were plenty of sunbeds to choose from at different locations around the pools.
Plenty of entertainment at the hotel for family's or singles during the day and evening.
In the hotel there is an entertaining or quiet area where you can relax, have a drink or play cards, or to get cool in the shade with a refreshing drink or a coffee of your choice.
We went half board and the food was excellent, lots of choice and catered for all tastes.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and were extremely disappointed. This place in no way meets four-star standards—neither in service, cleanliness, nor comfort.
Our room was dirty, poorly maintained, and noisy until after 1 AM due to music and events directly beneath our balcony. Despite multiple complaints, staff showed no willingness to help—one receptionist even told us, “I’m not the one making the noise.”
Black mold in the bathroom (a serious health risk) was never properly cleaned. The air conditioning was loud and it was impossible to set an exact temperature. The sofa bed for our teenage son was tiny, uncomfortable, and unstable.
The food was repetitive and low quality, cutlery, glasses and plates were always dirty, and long lines were everywhere—from the restaurant to the bars.
The hotel is outdated, neglected, and the sunbeds by the pool are right next to each other. The Wi-Fi was unusable. Most staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful.
We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our experience was frustrating and far below acceptable standards.
