We had a truly wonderful stay at Viking Infinity in Turkey – it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very safe and comfortable environment for both adults and kids. There were plenty of food options and activities to keep the little ones entertained, which made it a great choice for families. The staff were incredibly helpful – always nearby when needed, yet never intrusive. One experience that really stood out was an early morning walk I took alone by the seafront. I was dipping my feet into the sea with no one else around, and after a few minutes, a staff member discreetly showed up just to ensure my safety in case I decided to swim. That small act left a big impression – it showed how attentive and caring the team is. Despite the hotel being quite popular and busy, it never felt overcrowded. There was always enough space and plenty of food – their buffet selection is fantastic, with something for every taste. Overall, Viking Infinity is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. Clean, safe, family-friendly, and with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Amazing Holiday – Highly Recommend! We’ve just returned from two amazing weeks at Vikingen Infinity Hotel, and we had such a fantastic time! The rooms are fairly standard, but honestly, that didn’t bother us at all we spent very little time there. The cleaning staff were brilliant, always making sure the room was spotless and fresh every day. The food was great with plenty of variety, offering something for everyone. There’s food available pretty much all day and night, which was super convenient. The drinks were okay not amazing, but decent. I found the cocktails a bit too sweet and syrupy for my taste at first. That said, I got used to them over time, or I’d simply ask for extra juice or a bit more alcohol to get them just how I liked. The bar staff were happy to accommodate, which was a bonus! 👌 One thing we really appreciated was how clean the hotel was throughout. Staff were constantly collecting plates, cups, and keeping things tidy. The entertainment was excellent during the first week—really fun and engaging. The second week felt a little repetitive, but still enjoyable overall. A lot of people complain about it being too late, but we actually found the timing ideal. We adjusted our routine so the kids could rest beforehand, and it worked out perfectly. There are so many pools and slides—something different for the kids every day, which kept them happy and never bored. The staff were lovely and friendly. A simple “good morning,” “please,” and “thank you” goes a long way. They're working hard in hot and busy conditions—be kind and appreciate them! The location isn’t the best—there are some shops about a 10-minute walk in either direction, but nothing too special. The local supermarket was very handy, especially since the hotel shops were, as expected, overpriced. One big plus—no early morning rush for sunbeds! There were so many loungers and umbrellas that it was never a problem. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would return in the future. Remember, a holiday is what you make it—relax, enjoy, and don’t be miserable!

Terrible experience. This hotel does not deserve three stars. Poor English communication from most staff, with clear bias and worse treatment for non-Turkish guests. Pools get dirty fast and seem poorly filtered. Too few staff at bars/snack areas—waited 30 minutes for a sandwich. Food is low quality compared to outside restaurants. Internet costs €10 per week. Room cleaning is minimal and staff are rude, argumentative, and unapologetic. No manager available when problems arise. My first and last time visiting this area.

This hotel does not deserve three stars. Most of the staff do not speak English, and those who do often don’t understand it well, which causes misunderstandings and occasional problems—except for a few reception staff who are welcoming. Staff usually speak to you in Turkish first, and if you don’t understand, you receive noticeably worse treatment compared to Turkish guests. This is clear bias and unpleasant discrimination. The swimming pools get dirty quickly due to the large number of people, and it seems the filters do not work properly at night to clean the water. The hotel is huge, but there are too few staff at the bars and snack restaurants during the day, which means you have to wait a long time for a drink or snack. Once, I waited about half an hour just to get a shawarma sandwich! The main meals are generally tasty and varied, but the quality is poor, and the same dishes taste and look much better in restaurants outside the hotel. You also have to pay €10 for internet for one week. Room cleaning is minimal—only towels and bed sheets are changed—so you may find stains in various places in the bathroom. Staff do not treat you with respect or kindness; they may even argue with you for a long time without any apology, even when they are clearly wrong. There is no accessible manager. After two problems with the reception staff, we asked to speak to their manager, but they refused and no one came. My experience was awful, and I was not satisfied at all with my stay in this terrible hotel. This was my first visit to this area, and it will definitely be my last.

The hotel is very large and crowded, with lots of bars and snack places. There’s plenty to do for kids, but it doesn’t feel very personal or cozy. If you don’t mind being around a lot of people and prefer a big hotel, it might suit you. The buffet offers a wide selection of food, but the quality is mediocre—though that’s somewhat expected with all-inclusive resorts, to be fair. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the service. I accidentally left my glasses on the table in our room. After housekeeping cleaned the room, I found them broken. When I reported this the next day, the staff were initially annoyed and questioned why I hadn’t come sooner. In the end, they did nothing except say they were sorry. They claimed housekeeping never touches guests' belongings and couldn’t be held responsible. I didn’t argue—I know it’s just one word against another—but I asked if they could at least provide some tape or glue for a temporary fix. They couldn’t even do that. It was a missed opportunity to show some care and make me feel helped. The glasses were prescription and cost around 150 euros. Now I have to fix them myself at home, and the hotel simply didn’t care. I spoke with a manager, who spoke with other managers, but it ended with, “Sorry, have a nice day.” Regardless of the broken glasses, we won’t be coming back. The hotel is just too crowded and too big for our taste. The rooms are okay, and the AC worked well. Cleaning was acceptable. The staff’s English was poor, but that’s somewhat expected in Turkey.

The journey from Antalya Airport was quite long—around 3 hours. However, the service at the hotel is excellent, and all the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. I lost my room key on the first evening, and several employees immediately stepped in to help me search for it. The buffet selection is outstanding—even the pickiest eaters will find something they like. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a large balcony. The beach is very close and beautiful, which is a huge plus. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area, making it a great spot to relax and unwind. In the evenings, there’s a disco, and the music can be quite loud. If you’re planning to go to bed early, this might be a bit disruptive. The walls are also quite thin—you can hear a lot from the neighboring rooms and corridors. The water in the shower is lukewarm—not cold, but not as hot as I’m used to, since I normally shower with boiling hot water. :D Overall it's a really good hotel, I would definitely visit it again.

Stayed at this hotel with my son and friend. By far the worst experience from hotel staff, to food to the rooms. We were charged additional for a room we already had paid for. Due to the language barrier on the first day I just gave in and paid £40 just to get to my room. It was early hours just got off a flight and journey to the hotel I was tired. The first night we stayed a technical engineer man walked into our room without knocking or calling whilst we were sleeping and frightened us all. We complained regarding this being Muslim women but for 3 days nothing was done. All that was said was it’s not our fault. The staff were no help at all, they were rude and ignorant and then treat us nastily for complaining regarding our situation. Which! We were well within our rights to. The food was horrible. The same for breakfast lunch and dinner. We ended up playing extra everyday to eat out. The rooms were clean but the cleaners were rude and expected tips. Not in lira but English NOTES not change. Location was decent 15/20 min from local food and McDonald’s Burger King etc. I would just avoid this hotel at all costs they ruined the whole holiday for us.

Avoid This Hotel – Unsafe, Low Quality, and Misleading “All-Inclusive” We’ve visited Turkey many times and always enjoyed it, but this hotel was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. I’m honestly not sure where to start: ⚠️ Serious Safety Hazards •I was almost stabbed in the back by a broken reclining chair at the pool. •Sun umbrellas are old, broken, and unstable. •The tiles around the pool and inside the hotel are extremely slippery (glossy marble). I’ve personally witnessed multiple accidents—people falling, kids hitting their heads, one child even remained unconscious after slipping. 🍽️ Food: Low Quality & Recycled •The food is bland, repetitive, and clearly reused from previous days. •The smell of burning meat smoke around the pool was overwhelming when we were trying to relax. •Shockingly, ice cream is not included in the “all-inclusive” package. You have to pay 3 euros for one. 🏊 Pool: Overcrowded & Outdated •Only one medium-sized pool for the entire hotel. It’s impossible to swim or enjoy time with your kids—you’re packed in like sardines. •One tiny kids’ pool (approx. 3x8 meters) and an ancient water slide that barely works and moves erratically. Honestly, it looks dangerous. It’s only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt. 🎮 Kids’ Play Area: Everything Costs Extra •Nothing is actually included—you have to pay extra for everything: air hockey, pool tables, painting activities, etc. 🕺 Entertainment: An Embarrassment •“Entertainment” consisted of two staff members trying their best, but it’s painfully underwhelming. •One night: 1 hour of cartoons on a tiny projector for kids. That’s it. It honestly felt like something from a forgotten era. 🍹 Bar: Terrible Drinks •Low-quality drinks, full of sugar and artificial chemicals. •Only at lunch could you get something similar to Pepsi, poured from big plastic bottles into small glasses. 🍰 Desserts: All Taste the Same •All the sweets taste identical—just sugar syrup and whipped cream in different shapes. 🛏️ Rooms: Chlorine Smell & Chemical Sprays •Our bathroom had a constant smell of chlorine. •One day, a man in a hazmat suit came into all rooms spraying chemicals, supposedly for disinfection. He was fully protected, but my kids were asleep in the room while he sprayed around them like this was normal. ⸻ This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and a rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—especially not families with kids. For your own health and peace of mind, please stay away.

I really give everythin a 10. There is daily variety in the meals and desserts. The rooms are very good cleaned every day. There are fun activities for children. The location is also very good. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

We booked this for our honeymoon through on the beach. Didn’t get off to a great start as after over 3 hours of our transfer having stopped at 3 hotels that no one on board was staying at, the vehicle broke down resulting an an hour long taxi ride and a €80 bill. Arrived at around 11.30, first room had an issue with the fuse box which made a constant loud clicking. 2nd room we settled in only to be woken by the next room (walls are paper thin and you hear everything!) who kept us awake until 5am despite calling reception twice to complain nothing was done, after a long day traveling we were furious to say the least. The pool area has no where near enough loungers and the music is played so loudly you can’t hear yourself think. The beach was the saving grace but the bar there is not included with all inclusive so more expense. The food in the hotel was very poor and not what we expected at all, cheap cuts of meat and a limited choice, snack bar was inedible. Every person we spoke to had the same opinion, this is not the 5* luxury that was advertised it’s more like a 3* with the wrong price tag. After the first few days of little sleep and disappointment my wife was wanting to go home, never in my life have I been so happy to return home from a trip. On the beach have also been useless in providing any help at all. So disappointed and would not recommend a stay here at all!

We stayed at here as a family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious (especially Turkish restaurant) the animation team was perfect, keeping both kids and adults entertained throughout the day and evening. The only thing is the kids aqua was a bit cold, which made it hard for the little ones to fully enjoy it for long periods. We especially want to thank Hande for her kindness and helpful attitude. We felt at home here and would happily stay again.

We stayed at Crystal Sunset Hotel in Turkey with our family and kids, and we are very happy with our experience. The hotel is great for families with children, with lots of activities, pools, and an aqua park. The food was plentiful with many options to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Our kids had a great time, and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for family holidays! 😊

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s very impressive to look at. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool area is huge and features a number of water slides. The food can become a little bit repetitive after a few days but what is on offer is of good quality, always fresh and hot. The entertainment is some of the best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel, I can’t understate how impressed we were with the quality of shows and live music. There is a regular and reliable shuttle to the beach. We were a little disappointed with the shops in the hotel as the staff in there pester you if you go in which is frustrating as I personally feel you shouldn’t have to put up with that in the actual hotel. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Very lush resort with excellent customer service from reception till bedroom! Love how attentive staff were at the restaurant. Came here couple weeks ago. The guy at the 24/7 snack area was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The lady at the Guest Relations was also very helpful and thanks to her I knew more about the different cuisine restaurants and what time different events take place. Staff throughout in general were amazing though in the buffet area and were attentive to bringing us drinks etc, keep up the good work well done. But overall it was a very smooth experience with staff and smooth running of things, would recommend this definitely. Thanks for everything :)

I went to crystal sunset for 10 days it was our family’s first experience outside of England, we had an amazing time but was very much tainted by a family of about 20 Turkish people who attacked my youngest son who is 13 years old whilst playing football, My eldest son confronted the guy who attacked my son asking why? but then the whole family ran at him screaming and one even hit my boy (i showed the security but they didn’t care) I was then called in to guest relations, I was on my own as 1 English lady with around 20/30 Turkish men and women claiming my son was drunk, I was intimidated and scared and felt they didn’t care because I was a lady (they didn’t talk to my husband), I went to the shops the next day with my youngest son and the family involved in the incident was in the shop, the shop keeper would not serve me because the family from the hotel told them not to! The entertainment crew are amazing though!!!!!!! The entertainment crew made our holiday amazing!!!!!

The hotel’s aesthetics are stunning, and the overall design is very beautiful, which we really appreciated. However, the rooms need much more attention to detail. We stayed in a Romantic room and honestly, it didn’t feel worth the price. The aquapark has very few floats available, and for the lazy river, you are required to wear a life vest no matter the age, even though the water is very shallow, which seemed unnecessary. Regarding the food, we noticed that the oil for the fries is never changed, it is darker than engine oil, and the pans used for cooking pancakes don’t appear to be cleaned properly, which affected our overall impression. Overall, for the price paid, we believe there are better options out there and that the hotel has significant room for improvement.

So much to do, with daily entertainment – not only shows but also fun spontaneous activities. Staff on roller skates are always ready to help. Many pools to enjoy, delicious food available 24/7, and besides the buffet there are also great specialty restaurants like teppanyaki. The massage was excellent as well. We had a fantastic holiday – definitely recommend at Lara Beach!

We are at Delphin BE Grand Resort from June 30 to July 7, 2025, with 3 young children, and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. We arrived around 5 AM, tired and with hungry kids, but no one asked if we needed food or directed us to an open restaurant. We ended up ordering from room service. Staff communication is poor, many don’t speak English. When I asked at the front desk where to find a pharmacy, the lady simply said “outside.” I asked again “where exactly?” and was told “on the main street, but I don’t know if it’s open.” I had to find everything myself on Google. Another evening around 10 PM, the kids wanted ice cream. I asked at one of the bars, they said no. I asked where I could find some, they said they didn’t know. Reception told me some restaurants serve ice cream, but they didn’t know which ones or if they were still open. Thanks for nothing. I had to speak to several staff members to find one who could actually understand English. Room cleaning was unacceptable. Our room was not cleaned for several days, even though we had the “please clean” sign on the door. Only after calling reception on Thursday did someone finally show up. Dirty diapers stayed on the balcony for days and even after the cleaning, no one touched them. I called again asking for diaper bags, but again it took two people until someone understood what I needed. Rooms are not 5-star standard. The bathtub was nothing like a luxury resort. I will attach photos to show the reality. Food was heavy and repetitive. Lots of greasy dishes with sauces, not ideal for kids. In the last few days, our children only ate pizza, fries, and pasta. The only positives: The amusement park inside the resort, The kids’ pools (but they close early, at 5:30 PM – another downside) Overall, our experience was cold, disorganized, and far from what you expect at a 5-star hotel. Sadly, we will not return and do not recommend it to families with young children who expect quality service and support.

Time of writing: 23:30 – because I cannot sleep, and neither can my seven-year-old. I have stayed at the Delphine Imperial twice before and thoroughly enjoyed my time there, so I thought the Delphine B Grande would be a nice upgrade and a refreshing change. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing but a disappointment. While I completely understand that people are on holiday and want to enjoy themselves, it genuinely feels like we’re staying next door to a nightclub. The music is absolutely relentless – loud, thumping, and totally unsuitable for anyone hoping to get a decent night’s sleep, let alone a child. We’ve been trying to settle in and look forward to our stay, but the constant noise late into the night is unacceptable. I wouldn’t be writing a review at nearly midnight if everything was fine – but after yet another evening of booming bass and shouting from neighbouring rooms or nearby events, enough is enough. The facilities may look impressive on the surface, but if you’re looking for a relaxing or family-friendly environment, this isn’t it. I regret choosing this over the Imperial and, unless things improve, I certainly won’t be returning to the B Grande. Highly disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it was very modern, clean and well-kept with a nice pool and the sea just a few minutes away. They offered many food and drink options that were always at hand. We also liked the shows and program that the entertainment staff prepared for us, one member of the staff in particular; Enes, was always very friendly and also a great volleyball player. Overall we had a great stay and would visit again! MM

Hotel Aluna is the best hotel of all the hotels I have been to. Very tasty food and drinks, a beautiful beach and of course great staff. I want to express my deep gratitude to the barman from the beach Kagan, who helped me figure out the Turkish maps, the people working here really help all the vacationers who do not know another language well

Hello We have been at this hotel romm nr 2210 for a few days with a group of 9 people and I want to leave you an honest opinion The hotel is the same as in the description but the details always make the difference, we had a nice welcome, the room was clean, the waiters were helpful, always with a smile on their faces, such nice people I have not seen and I have even been to a few hotels in Turkey and not only, the very tasty food and the extraordinarily good cakes, the kitchen is clean and maintained, I noticed this aspect on an evening when I could not sleep and I walked around, I saw that it is cleaned in detail..Bravo. No one from our group had any dissatisfaction and I would like to thank everyone who made our stay pleasant through this review: The waiters for their promptness, the guys at the bar..best apple martinis...the cleaning lady for the arrangements...the chefs for the tasty food and the effort made to be Thank you all, to the boys and girls responsible for the entertainment and to the management who take care that everything is to the tourists' liking, although some people are the worst and do not deserve it... I want to point out that at Apio beach there is an employee as many would like to have, a nice man with a smile on his face and helpful to everyone, We will come back to this hotel with all our heart! Dear tourists, we go on vacation to feel good and to this hotel, even though everyone is interested, we do not come on vacation to look for something bad with the candle! Have a nice stay to everyone!

A unique hotel, with a perfect staff, excellent rooms and a great location. There are simply no cons, you feel at home The rooms are cleaned every day, the pool, the beach, the sea are perfect, even the lifeguards are cool. Food is quite good, staff and service 10/10. the water is warm both at the sea and at the pool, and the sea is shallow. I would like to be here for years.

Fantastic Stay at Aska Lara – Perfect for Families! Room 1211 We’re currently staying at Aska Lara Resort and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. From the moment we arrived, everything has been smooth, fun, and incredibly relaxing. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with plenty of fun activities to keep everyone entertained throughout the day. The amenities are excellent – from the pools to the restaurants, everything feels well thought-out and high quality. A real highlight for us has been the Wet 'n Wild park – it’s absolutely brilliant for the kids! They’ve been having the time of their lives and it’s made our holiday even more enjoyable seeing them so happy and busy. We also want to give a special mention to the lovely cleaning service ladies, especially Özge, who have been attending to our room daily. They’re doing a fantastic job and always with a smile. It really adds to the overall comfort of the stay. Honestly, we can’t fault a single thing – and that’s a nice problem to have! Highly recommended for families looking for a fun, clean, and stress-free holiday. Hope it stays this well to the end of our trip!

We travelled as two families, each with parents and two boys, and had an absolutely fantastic holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, friendly, and really couldn’t do enough for us – it made such a difference. The beach was great (a bit grainy and hot underfoot, so flip flops needed to get to the water) the sea was like stepping into a warm bath – perfect for swimming and playing around. There’s a pier and the boys (although not allowed) spent a lot of time jumping and diving into the sea. The cabanas on the beach were well worth the money for a bit of extra comfort and shade. They serve breakfast and lunch and drinks all day for between 60-100€ per day. The hotel itself was spotless. Towels were replaced daily both in the rooms and at the pool, and the minibar was restocked every day. Our rooms had balconies overlooking the pools, which we used for storing inflatables as it was just too hot to sit out. Food-wise, the buffet was outstanding – a fantastic range with something to suit everyone, even with picky eaters in tow. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained too. The entertainment staff, especially Rose and Jimmy MC were amazing. The cinema ran screenings twice a day, and the boys loved the arcade, pool tables, and ping pong. The kids’ club was great, and every evening they joined in football games with children from all nationalities – such a brilliant atmosphere. All in all, it was honestly a fab holiday. The combination of wonderful facilities, great entertainment for the kids, and staff who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect made it really special. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to come back.

Great resort, so much to do! Staff are lovely, they upgraded our room for us! If you are a couple don’t be put off by the fact it is a family resort, they have a serenity pool which is a quieter area. Be cautious of the sales people in the shops and spa as they can be quiet pushy and tend to over card, just make sure to stand your ground. However overall such a good experience for us and unlimited Starbucks is definitely a great touch!

First stay and would return. Hotel is lovely and clean and there was plenty of choice at meal time. Water park is a short bus ride away with only a few minutes to wait. Rooms cleaned daily, toiletries replenished, towels changed, beds made up and mini bar re-stocked. Staff pleasant and very helpful. We did have an issue with receiving one of our prizes from bingo that was still unresolved at the time of writing this review but other than that, the service was excellent.

We are staying in the Hotel /room number 1713/, it is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself, the pools, the food is plentiful and delicious. The rooms are very clean and the cleaners do a very good job at keeping our room tidy. Every day, they clean the room, make the beds, provide fresh towels and replenish the mini bar which is free to use on the all inclusive.

We had a fantastic butler called Hüseyin he was so friendly and helpful made our day so special, making sure we didn’t want for anything. The most prefect family holiday. Honest Review Cons On arrival, we were told we’d been “upgraded,” but this actually meant we were given a family room in an annex separate from the main boat hotel – one of the main reasons we booked. While the room was close to the pools, it was sandwiched between our hotel and the neighbouring one, meaning we were blasted with loud music from both sides until midnight, often heavy dance beats vibrating through the room. The kids’ club looked fantastic, but we were given no information on it, so we barely used it. We only discovered the teen club the day before we left, which our daughter would have loved. A simple map and welcome info on arrival would have made a big difference. My wife had bad stomach issues towards the end of the holiday, likely caused by the food. The sun lounger situation is frustrating. The hotel says you cannot reserve loungers, yet guests are out before 6 a.m. claiming them. There’s no dedicated children’s pool – all pools are 1.4 m deep. For younger children who can’t stand up in the water, this isn’t ideal, and families end up crowding around the pool steps to manage it. Staff are efficient, but lack personality. The activities team was practically invisible around the hotel. Pros Great location – close to the airport and near the beach. Spotlessly clean. Excellent drinks – cocktails were top quality, with a great selection of alcoholic options. Table service in the bars and by the pool was fantastic. The kids’ club facilities themselves are amazing (when you know about them). Hiring a cabana was a highlight – great service and a really relaxing day. The food was good, if not exceptional, but the two snack bars near the beach were fantastic – brilliant pizza! Overall A good holiday, but not worth the high price we paid. In some ways, it’s excellent for kids, but in others, not so much. I feel you’re mainly paying for the short airport transfer and prime location.

We attended titanic fest as a group of 5 adults and one 2 year old. We absolutely loved it! It was incredible from start to finish! The food was delicious with lots to offer including plenty fruit & sweet treats. The entertainment was absolutely outstanding from the singing group to the insatiable for the kids. Highly recommend to anyone, what an amazing night!

The view is beautiful and the location is great. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The lifeguards are attentive and ensure beach safety. Unfortunately, some people break the pool rules, but the lifeguards are vigilant. More thorough cleaning of the common areas would be helpful. The hotel needs renovations. However, the food selection is limited, as it's almost the same every day. Everything seems to have been reheated hundreds of times, so it's not very fresh. Overall, it's not the best value for money.

I really like this place—I’ve stayed here twice already. The undeniable advantage of this hotel is its location and some of the wonderful people who work here. The hotel itself isn’t brand new and could use a bit of a refresh ;) But I can see progress compared to last year, and it’s great that the hotel listens to guests’ suggestions and tries to improve. As for the food, I think it’s really good—there’s always plenty to choose from. I try to eat healthily, and there were always lots of vegetables, greens, and good quality meat available. The gentleman who makes delicious omelets for breakfast always brightened my mornings 😀 Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name. In general, the staff in the main restaurant really go above and beyond 👌🏻 The atmosphere at the hotel is perfect for relaxation—beautiful views, nature, plants, and a peaceful area. The pool is great for people who like action, music, and entertainment. Personally, I loved spending time by the sea—there was no loud music, just the sound of the waves and a wonderful view of the bay, plus professional lifeguard supervision. Especially The lifeguard Mahmut working at the sea is very professional, his work on the beach gives a lot of confidence 👌🏻 People like him really create the unique vibe of this place :)

We had a lovely holiday here,the location and scenery are absolutely stunning. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant served a huge selection of different foods,something for all tastes. My only real criticism is that this hotel was rated as 5 star,but i would rate it as 3 star at best mainly due to the condition of the room we had. Very tired and worn furniture and fittings,the air-conditioning didn't work, nor did the fridge and some of the lights. Also,the access to the room next door was only possible by the occupants having to walk directly across our balcony,so not private at all. Most of the sun loungers were seriously uncomfortable. Fantastic boat taxi service to Marmaris and Icmeler. Good pool and beach area. I enjoyed our holiday but i would not stay at this hotel again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Not Worth a Single Star I rarely write negative reviews, but my stay at La Branda Mares Hotel in Marmaris was beyond unacceptable. The room was shockingly dirty — thick dust everywhere, even inside the closet and drawers. The windows were so filthy they were barely transparent, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. The bed sheets were stained and covered in hair, clearly not changed after the previous guests. We asked for housekeeping multiple times and were told someone would come — no one ever did. The bathroom was in a disgraceful state, with dirt and grime that made it feel unhygienic and unfit for use. As for the food, it was honestly terrible. Poor quality, no variety, and not worth the risk. This hotel does not reflect even the most basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality. Avoid it at all costs there are much better options in Marmaris for the same price or less.

We had a great holiday in Marmaris but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. First off: the food in the main restaurant is not very good. The same dishes again and again, the meat dishes are tasteless, overcooked. The meat dry. The service is badly organized, the tables dirty, you have to look for cutlery yourself. The young people working there seem not to know what they are doing. Our room was nice and cleaned regularly but the main lobby in the afternoon was always dirty. Tables and chairs covered with crumbs of food and spilled drinks, that nobody cleaned. There were not enough sun loungers by the pool and beach so people were putting their towels there already in the middle of the night. I got up once at 5 am to get a spot at the beach but i was on holiday and not ready to get up that early every day so that was my only time at the beach which is a pity. The servers at the lobby bar did not know how to make drinks and their work was also badly organized. Even if there were few guests they had trouble keeping up with demand. Generally you had the impression that the hotel couldn't cope with the number of guests. My husband wanted to participate in archery which was continuously advertised for the afternoon but during our 2 week stay did not take place once. Once the target was broken, another time suuposedly the animator had an accident. The list of excuses was endless. Although i would not call staying at the Labranda Mares a bad experience, i would not repeat it. Mainly because of the food. We rented a car and drove around the region and ate out a lot. And the food was fantastic which made the contrast with the hotel food even greater. It can't be that hard to cook meat properly. The animations in the evening were also not for me, but many people seemed to enjoy them, provided they'd find a place to sit as there were not enough tables and chairs for such a large number of guests. In general: the Labranda could be a great hotel, but it needs renovating, larger facilities and better management. Less chaos. The way it is now it is not a 5-star hotel.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food and something for everyone. As well as the buffet style food they had a grill outside during dinner where fresh food was cooked. The room was basic but comfortable, with good air conditioning. First night we underestimated how good it was and woke shivering but that was user error and easily rectified. When we arrived, our room was a double but we wanted a twin. Which was not the hotel’s fault but was an error with the site we booked through. Staff were very helpful and bought up another bed at 2:30am which was very comfortable. We were also offered another a room but the view of the mountains from our balcony was so good we decided to stay. There was a good selection of drinks at the bar. The beer was always cold and fresh. You could quite happily chill by the pool all day but if you want to get out and do an excursion, I recommend doing the keep safari. For a reasonable price you get a full day of adventure. They will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel and provide lunch. Overall, this place has a lot of charm and the staff are all very good and things work like a well oiled machine

We have just spent 10 days here and had a lovely holiday. Staff can’t do enough for you, very kind and helpful. Hotel is run down but it was clean, our cleaning lady was in our room every day and left fresh flowers on our beds which was a special touch. Food was fine, just the same as any all inclusive I’ve been to. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel on evenings so cannot comment on entertainment. We went into Hisarönü or oludeniz which was only a few pound in a taxi.

This is an horrendous place, please don't go, we have just returned 12/08/2025. There was staff fighting in the car park, all kids scared and crying, no entertainment, no cleaning of rooms, nothing like the fake pictures on the hotel suggests, I'm not one for complaining on reviews sites, but I feel I have to stop other holiday makers going, there was no entertainment for the kids around the pool, they only played Turkish music at night and in the day, English music for 20 minutes sometimes, no gym as advertised, no entertainment as advertised, we had to verbally demand a room clean and towel change after 5 days because it wasn't done, then the cleaner left our door open, there was damp in the rooms, ants nests in the room it was horrendous for an all inclusive family holiday we were looking forward to, turned into a nightmare, we are just a normal hard working family who look forward to our yearly holiday and I normally ignore the reviews and make my own holiday, but please read this and take it as trust, please don't waste your hard earned money, I have made a complaint with my agent to try and recoup my money, be advised

We had a truly positive experience at this hotel. I was a little nervous about booking, but decided to take the plunge — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff put me at ease. One important note: there is no lift. This is worth keeping in mind if you are a wheelchair user, have a pushchair, or find stairs difficult. The surrounding area is also quite hilly, so a bit of uphill and downhill walking is unavoidable. That said, when I needed help carrying my luggage, the reception team quickly sent a young gentleman to assist me — which I really appreciated. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help, and their genuine kindness stood out. One day I was feeling unwell due to colitis, and the restaurant manager noticed right away. Without me even asking, he made me a Turkish mocha — a thoughtful gesture that really helped and left me feeling cared for. The food was excellent, with a wide range of dishes to choose from. Evenings often featured barbecues serving chicken, döner and other freshly grilled options. As the restaurant is buffet-style, queues could be long at peak times, but the quality was worth the wait. I was also reassured to see a member of staff regularly sampling the food to ensure hygiene and safety standards were met. There was entertainment every night — from music at the pool bar where guests could dance and mingle, to a mini disco for children which my son absolutely loved. It created a lively, social atmosphere that made it easy to meet other families and make friends. The rooms were clean and practical. For me, cleanliness was the main priority, as we only used the room for showering, getting ready, and sleeping. If you’re not looking for luxury décor and are travelling on a budget, this hotel is a solid choice. Another bonus was the on-site shop, which sells drinks, snacks, shoes, jewellery, and other handy items. It was great to be able to pick up little things without having to leave the hotel. Special thanks go to Esra and Ismail, along with Irmak, the hotel rep, for their friendliness and help throughout our stay. We also met some lovely fellow guests and enjoyed plenty of good company. There were a few guests who seemed intent on causing trouble, but we simply kept to ourselves and focused on enjoying our holiday. Overall, it was a lovely stay filled with great food, kind staff, fun entertainment, and happy memories. My son and I had the best time — and we would absolutely stay here again.

I was very worried reading the reviews after booking. The staff are very friendly and chatty, they are always willing to help, the room is nothing fancy. Walls had some stains, bathroom was small, no room to store any toiletries. Pool area was quite big. There’s always enough sunbeds. The food was pretty simple. If you’re picky eater this isn’t a hotel for you, my daughter lived on chips for the whole 7days. Ice cream only available for 1hour in the day, snack time 3pm-5pm. Only chips and burgers and salads, if they had nuggets they would fly out after 5 mins. Drinks were ok. There’s a shop in the hotel but it’s extremely expensive. Entertainment at night is at the side of the hotel, in a small area, and you have to sit in the small stairs, it isn’t very comfortable. It isn’t very good. We still enjoyed ourselves, didn’t let the minor issues spoil our holiday.

Upon our arrival at the hotel around 1 a.m., we were given a double room without a window, room number 920. The receptionist said they couldn’t change our room. However, around 3:30 a.m., a room suddenly became available—of course, for an extra charge of €80, with no receipt provided. The room we received had a broken bed. The food at the hotel is monotonous. The service is slow and the staff seem tired. The animators also show no motivation to work. This hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars—more like 3 stars.

Absolutely disgusting hotel toilets smelled of sewage which kept coming up in the toilet I called them twice they didn’t bother sending anyone. The very first day we arrived on the Saturday 21st June 2025 there was a man at reception i had an enquiry about my booking he shouted in my face and said WHATS THE PROBLEM so so rude I’ve never experienced such rude staff in a hotel in all my life. I asked to speak to a manager he refused and said go to guest relations there was no one there for the duration of our stay. When I finally figured out who the manager was he was also so rude he shouted at us because our kids made a mess at the table he knew no English and asked someone to translate I was shocked at what I heard. He said the manager is saying don’t make a mess because ants will come and they are superstitious it’s bad luck to kill an ant!! What on earth!! Ride staff they don’t bother telling us where any of the snack bars were on the last day we discovered a snack bar that served pizza they didn’t bother telling us . None of the staff know English and all they do is shout at you. The food was always freezing cold and disgusting, the grill was disgusting and totally burned creating a fire hazard. Worst food ever they don’t give you complete service avoid at all costs. Horrible horrible staff and service they only cater for polish and Russian guests

The best thing about this Hotel is 24 hour bar which serves coffee, soft drinks and cocktails, although the range of cocktails are limited they are quite nice. The bed isn't comfortable at all and ive found myself sleeping on the sofa bed. The blanket given doesn't fit the bed and only 1 blanket not even a top sheet (see picture added). The food is terrible and cold there us fresh bread daily which is nice. The hotel looks nice and the infinity pool is lovely just too busy and noisy, it also has a man made beach with loungers. I wouldn't come back here nor would I recommend to anyone else

What We Didn't Like - Extremely poor condition of the gym – non-functional equipment, very old or missing weights, no air conditioning, dirty flooring, no water, no towels, no cleaning spray for machines/weights, missing mats and steppers - No phone number for reception listed in the room - The Wi-Fi might as well not exist – only available in specific parts of the complex, extremely weak routers - No basic drinks in all of their bars like lemonade or iced coffee - Some staff do not speak English, though they speak Russian - Spicy dishes are often not labeled - Crowding in the indoor part of the restaurant - Very weak animation and sports activities - No beach lifeguard on duty - Water in the room stopped working during the last days – apparently when the complex filled up with guests - Different prices for activities like boat trips, massages, and spa procedures – why aren't they officially listed? - Annoying service offers for SPA, Boats, etc. – guests are constantly disturbed every day - Still excessive use of plastic – for example, for water. There should be systems to motivate tourists to use reusable bottles. At the very least, water dispensers could be installed. - The tour operator's representative on-site is unnecessary – issues can be resolved directly at the hotel. If vacationers are not interested in additional excursions, the costs for that representative could be deducted from the price. - The hotel does not request feedback from guests upon departure. This gives the impression that they are more focused on mass tourism than on quality, with little concern for return guests or recommendations. The same goes for the Bulgarian tour operators. - Waste sorting should be implemented at all stations, not just the visible ones. 3. Summary: A very decent and hospitable hotel, but definitely not a 5-star one. More likely a 4-star. We wish them success in the current and upcoming seasons!

Great for Couples, Not for Families with Kids The hotel is good for the price. The rooms are quite spacious, though a bit outdated. The food is decent and the staff are lovely and helpful. However, my main complaint is about the evening entertainment and music. If you have young children who go to bed around 9–10 PM, this could be a serious issue. The music from the animation stage is extremely loud — it feels like the stage is inside your room. We were staying with a baby, and it was impossible for our child to sleep. Despite asking guest relations to lower the volume, nothing changed. Many other parents were also complaining about the same issue. The volume is more suitable for a nightclub than a family hotel. I honestly believe you could hear the music from the center of Didim! Because of this, we won’t be returning to this hotel. However, if you’re a couple without kids and you enjoy loud entertainment, then it could be a good option for you.

We were generally pleased with everything on the holiday I came with my family. Everything from the food to the rooms, from the poolside to the drinks was very good. The only problem is that cleaning needs to be paid a little more attention. Cleaning was done only twice in our 10-day holiday. Other than that, the animation was very good. There are always different activities during the day and a different show every evening. Thank you very much for everything.

We returned from the hotel just three days ago, and unfortunately, we had the worst vacation ever. We didn't expect much, but even then, we were disappointed. The only positive aspect was the size of the rooms. During our seven-night stay, our room was only cleaned once and that was only because we tipped the cleaner. The food in the restaurant was the same every day for both lunch and dinner. Furthermore, the queues for the grilled meat were consistently so long that men couldn't even try it without waiting for nearly an hour.

Just came back from the Ramada 10 of us requested a ground room due to children having disabilities and an adult with disability, they took us right to the top and after 3 room changes we were placed right at pool side.. the food is horrendous more or less the same food every night not much variety for kids as my children ate chips and veg for the 11 days we stayed. The rooms were only cleaned twice and bedding only changed once when asked to clean the room they didn’t understand me and left it. You hear everything walls are paper thin. We got ate alive by mosquitoes it’s really bad there (children and father were worse off) so if your thinking of going take bottles and I mean loads of bottles of mosquito repellent.. Nothing around you beach is man made so isn’t worth the hype.. take the bus it’s 65 lira to the closest town although you to get stung with prices for everything so be careful

It’s a nice hotel but not much to do around. The beach is alright but if you want a nice sandy beach best to take the bus to Didim for 65 lira, it’s an hour ride and there’s a shopping mall there too. They stop outside the hotel. Food is a hit and miss, it’s either plain or uncooked sometimes. It’s basically the same food almost everyday. Not much variety. Same with snacks, it’s cooked from frozen so the quality is pretty low. I only liked the fries when recently cooked. The desserts are nice. Drinks are basic, I asked for a pina colada and they wanted to charge me £10 extra even though it’s supposed to be all inclusive. Just for days later to serve the drink for free? I expected better for what I paid.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, truly unforgettable — a real paradise! The food at the restaurant deserves special praise: the variety of dishes was impressive! Every day there were fresh seafood options — shrimp, calamari, octopus, and fish. Meat lovers won’t be disappointed either. From start to finish hotel and staff were great. The hotel is a bit dated but very clean and homely. On arrival, we arrived late, and the receptionist told us to go straight for dinner in case we missed it while waiting to check in. This was brilliant service from the hotel as we would have missed it if we had to check in first. The rooms are very nice and clean, beds are the most comfortable beds I've slept in on a holiday and the pillows are so comfortable. The onky issue with room was the flushing of the toilet was never enough water but not a big deal, the showers are brilliant and water pressure is great. The grounds are beautiful and loveky walks in the evening time we beautiful views all around. The spa is excellent and well worth the money for massages, the spa and steam is free for all guests which is brilliant service to have available for free. The indoor swimming was frezzing but also great to have an i door pool so not a big deal. The bar staff were brilliant, and the cocktails were very enjoyable. The food was very good compared to other all-inclusive hotels I've been to, lots of options with meat, salads, deserts, and 2 different soups available every day, with gorgeous breadrolls too. One thing which I haven't sent in any hotel across many countries I've been to is the checkout we had to check out at 12.00, we weren't picked up until 17.00, I asked to manager would it be ok eat before we left that evening he told me to eat and drink what I want until we were leaving also let us keep towels and told us to use the spa showers to freshen up before leaving. This made the day of leaving so much easier as every hotel we have been to takes off your bracelet and basically tells you that your stay Ii over no food, no drink! So I have to give huge credit to the hotel for this as it's on offer for all guests

Not a 5 Star Hotel. Very tired and not particularly clean. The food is not great and the restaurant is one of the busiest and loudest places I’ve experienced. Drinks are served in paper cups from mostly rude staff. Huge resort with very little places to sit in the evening to relax. Make sure you are up at 6/7 in the morning if you want a sun-bed.

Lovely hotel but be prepared to walk A LOT of stairs, we did our research beforehand and we were OK with walking that much, took it as a bit of exercise but if you have mobility issues I suggest looking for somewhere else. Lovely food. Stunning views! First hotel we stayed with 2 kids where they had their own room and we weren't all cramped into one room. Shout out to housekeeping ladies, never seen them in our room but when we would come back from pool or beach, beds were made, room been cleaned up a bit and fresh towels were available👏
