Good location, but it’s surrounded by construction sites at the moment, also there is a square at the back, where lots of your kids sit to socialise, making a bit of noise late at night. The rooms are big and spacious, but they look a bit old. Also, there is a light on the balcony that’s impossible to switch off at night, letting some light into the room. The pool is ok, nothing fancy. We entered the room and first think we found was a dirty towel used, from the bidet, we can imagine what the brown stuff was, we informed reception and it was removed without delay. During our stay, another day, a dirty cloth was left behind after cleaning the room. We would like to believe that the cleaning staff are very busy this days. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of food and different options, we really enjoyed it.

What a great hotel! The staff are experienced, helpful and welcoming. The building is good, rooms are simple but effective and there’s a good pool. The buffet breakfast and dinner are outstanding.

Ok hotel, but reaction staff is not the nicest, they didn’t even say hello upon arrival, they were busy with something else, then when he realised I’ve been standing in front for 20 minutes, he just asked what I wanted.
These small lack of friendliness from the staff can actually have a big influence.
On the other hand the hotel is nice and rooms are great.

I stay during several years in this hotel and believe me the team is always available for you, good breakfast, they have a fitness room and also a finnish sauna.....I strongly recommend this hotels for summer holidays and business trip. The hotel is close the beach, 100 m to the center of Cambrils town. Really it is a nice hotel even for family.

We decided to book the hotel, as it was only a small detour from our trip path and they claimed to have EV charger on premises. We've called the reception a day before booking to confirm availability and we were told all is good. Then upon our arrival we learned that the charger does not work, maintenance guy informed us it has not been working for more than a week, we spent 30+mins on phone with the provider (yep, charger belongs to 3rd party) - basically all things you don't want to hear and do after a long trip.
All in all, incompetence and irresponsibility ruined our next day plans, so really can't recommend this hotel, as nobody is ever responsible for anything there.
