couldn’t have had a better experience at this hotel! we were a group of 6 girls and had 3 rooms of 2. we booked 3 premium rooms which were gorgeous and our room got upgraded to the most gorgeous suite. the room was huge and had a bath (as well as a shower) it was gorgeous. the staff were so lovely the owner george was always there to help us and helped organise our taxis and made sure they were not going to overcharge us! the waitresses were so lovely and the food was unreal! Greek night on the friday was insane the entertainment and the dancing was so good and so much fun. Really recommend this hotel! We could not have felt more welcome! ****only issue was the hotel rep shawn AVOID ! he doesn’t work for the actual hotel so not their fault but he took us to our room when we checked in and didn’t leave until we had paid for at least 2 events which he over charged us all by 30 euros!! But we all could not have recommended the actual hotel more!

Just got back from the Canadian Hotel after spending a week here with 2 friends. The hotel is fantastic. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcome the minute we walked in until the minute we left. George and all the staff in savvy and also the hotel staff and cleaners are so friendly and always willing to help. Food and drinks are brilliant and very reasonably priced. George thank you so much for everything. We will definitely be back.

I just returned from 5 nights with 4 of my mates at this hotel and I think this is the best hotel in the area. The vibes around the pool are great and the rooms are what you need. We had one premium room and one standard room. The premium was as expected and a lot more modern than the standard room. The standard room was just what you need to be honest. It was clean and it had a bed. Savvy restaurant is great, we felt it was good value for the quality of food and the portions. The portion sizes are big so you wont be hungry after eating a meal here. The drinks are also good value. HAPPY HOUR EVERY HOUR. 10 euro for 2 cocktails and a shot. Service was great in the restaurant and George is a top top guy.

An unforgettable stay ❤️ We spent 4 nights at the Canadian Hotel and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The room was lovely, the customer service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. We managed to visit so many beautiful places around in just 4 days, but somehow we still became very attached to the hotel itself. It truly felt like a little home away from home. The atmosphere, the people, the service — everything made our stay so special. We’re already missing the place and the wonderful memories we made there. Thank you to everyone at the Canadian Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily come back and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting 🇬🇷❤️

We had a wonderful stay at the Canadian Hotel in Zakynthos! The whole team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the very first day. A very special thank you to Panagiotis – always kind, attentive, and in a great mood! He truly made our holiday even more enjoyable with his positive attitude and excellent service. I just got back from staying here and It was wonderful. The location is very convenient and the hotel as itself is easy and nice. The pool is massive and lots of sunsets and outside space to sit and chill. The staff were very friendly and the vibe is very fun and like a party. Music playing all day with the bar is the perfect place for young people to chill before they go out for the night. I didn't try the food. We did the whole trip with no wifi or aircon which was perfectly fine because we're not degenerates. I reccomend this hotel if you're under the age of 23 and don't want to be sat in a hotel all day. GO OUT AND EXPLORE. get a quad bike and get a life!!

We have stayed here for 10 nights in June. We have had a great time here, rooms were very clean and nice for a 3 star hotel, the beds are a little uncomfortable and hard but we were fine with that as we were out on the strip most of the time. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed all inclusive, and food was not the best and not many options but it’s a 3 star hotel so we expected. The pool is very clean, warm and enjoyable. Although the bar only sells certain drinks for all inclusive, and uses cheap brands such as coke from like Lidl/ Aldi. But very cheap hotel if you are planning on being on the strip most of the time. Definitely would come back.

Booked this hotel in zante for a party holiday on the strip. we thought “ the reviews are so bad but we wont sleep much there anyway so it'll be grand, cheap and cheerful”. We were so wrong. We were on the bottom floor and when I was on the balcony I saw a rat in the garden, the bed and towels had bugs in them, shower had no curtain so water just floods the floor after every shower, hallway light never on so was always pitch black, rude reception and housekeeping and the house keeper nicked a personal belonging. Only nice thing was the pool. Dont waste your money on this dump.

Terrible hotel and staff. They will try charge you 500 euros for something you havent done or you will be kicked out. Go to bluepalm the hotel next to it much more friendly and welcoming staff who dont try rob you!

Only one word can describe this particular accommodation and its staff: INAPPROPRIATE! Since our arrival, we have been faced with chaos. Absolutely no organization, non-existent cleanliness and room service. We had to ask several times for our room to be cleaned (room cleaning was referred to the property's amenities), basics like toilet paper, clean towels and sheets were missing! In general, no rules of hygiene are followed, as well as the rudimentary common quiet time. The staff of the accommodation were completely indifferent to the complaints and needs of their customers. In fact, on our last day, after we contacted the reception about our complaints, they answered us in a very ironic and aggressive way, completely ignoring the responsibilities and obligations that one has when taking on the responsibility of managing an accommodation! Unfortunately, the photos are more than deceiving. There were plastic drink cups and beer bottles floating around and in the pool, which no one in charge bothered to pick up. Please, think very carefully before wasting your money on this "hotel". Better to spend a little more money for another decent hotel that will meet your basic needs. Disappointing experience and unfriendly towards any category of people and pets.

Ended up booking this hotel last minute as we had an issue with our original booking and were currently ‘homeless’ in a different country for 6 nights with no where to stay so for the price this was the only option we had, as we arrived the staff were aware of our issues and were very warm and welcoming, they offered us a drink on arrival and were very lovely to us. We had to change rooms at one point as from booking such last minute they didn’t have the same room free for the whole 6 nights but they still managed to give us other options such as moving rooms rather than just cancelling the booking. Staff members such as the owner and the cleaner helped us carry our suitcases from room to room which was very helpful of them. The Rooms are very modern and are a nice size the one and only down fall is the air conditioning. The menu has a very wide variety of drinks and food so there is plenty to chose from.

From start to finish we had a lovely time. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did their very best to ensure our stay was the best it could be- they went above and beyond to make all feel welcome. All staff followed policies to ensure that every guest regardless of age got a great holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the added benefit of air conditioning at no extra cost!! The location is idea as it’s near enough to the main bars but not on top. The kids loved the pool and the slide. Thank you Steve, Julie, Carlo and team.

Too loud music all day until midnight for no obvious reason. Guests of low quality with complete lack of respect to hotel rules and other guests that keep making noise after midnight with the tolerance of the hotel management. Poor cleanliness. Doors without handles. Showers without doors windows that do not close. NOT FOR FAMILIES

Stayed here early May 2026. I emailed the hotel in advance to ask for ground floor rooms near the pool as we are 4 OAPS. Evita replied to my email straight away to advise they would do their best to accommodate my request, we also wanted to hire mobility scooters and Evita also arranged that for us. What a little star Evita is, nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel is lovely 2 minute walk to the beach when the tide is out its a lovely walk to Cameo island and for 5€ you can go and have a photo taken, bit of a climb up steps for us able people not possible for people who struggle walking. Food and drink at the hotel and at the snack bar is faultless all the staff are lovely and helpful. Spironola and her sister who extremely helpful. The theme nights were great especially the bbq night. Fridge in room was lovely as we could keep our drinks cool. Would definitely return plenty to do and see. Thank You Evita and staff xxx

We stayed there for 10 nights in August. The hotel was clean. Service was amazing from reception to the cleaning ladies. We enjoyed the food too. It did get repetitive however thats like every all inclusive in my opinion if you go for that long. What I did like tho was the themed nights. My favourite one was BBQ and shout out to the chef who stood in the heat half a day to prepare everything. The salads were amazing too. The hotel is located close to the strip but I couldnt hear any noise from my room. If I ever went back I would happily stay with you again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Zante Plaza. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. On arrival we missed dinner but we're given a bag with sandwiches and fruit. The food on the all inclusive was always fresh, hot, tasty and varied. The drinks were really good lots of choice. Beer was good. Hot drinks available at all times. Snack bar offered drinks and lovely freshly cooked snacks. Ice cream always available too. Theme night each day for evening meal at pool bar restaurant or you can use the main restaurant also. 1min walk to the beach and 1 min to the strip. With a shop on site too. Entertainment was good. Mash up George was absolutely brilliant. Bar shuts at 11pm. Room was comfortable, beds were lovely if you like a harder mattress. Shower gel/shampoo and handsoap provided. Fridge in room. WiFi was free. You do pay for the safe and I believe air con but we didn't need this in may. The towels were changed daily along with fresh sheets. The housekeeping was really good. The whole place was well maintained and clean. The pool was beautiful. There wasnt any daytime entertainment not sure if this is all the time or because of the time of year we went. The only negative was kettle in room didn't switch off once boiled and I burnt my finger but reception were good to ask if anything I needed first aid wise and replaced the kettle. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again. We came for a girly trip just 2 of us for a 30th birthday and we had the best holiday!!!

Antonia at the pool bar was so nice really friendly and made our experience better than we ever would’ve thought. Rose at reception was really welcoming and made us feel at home straight away while being helpful. These 2 specifically made our stay impeccable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a boys or girls holiday.

Great hotel for a typical party holiday! Staff were great and very fun! Food was way better than I’d expect for an all inclusive so I ate there pretty much the whole holiday. Rooms were very clean and any problems we had were attended to instantly! The hotel rep was very welcoming and helpful too .

No Air Conditioning , Paying 10€ every day to have the remote of the air conditioning is the worst thing in summer 2. In 11pm everything in the hotel is closed except the market to buy with money even if you pay for all inclusive I've been in turkey in all inclusive resorts at least after 12pm you will have the recepsion bar open all night because somebody wants to drink and if you were hungry in the middle of the night you can go make toasts, burgers , hotdogs etc. Here after 11pm you are starving like a homeless. For the location i cant say something because we was the ones that chose this far from the sea but at least the air conditioning and the recepsion bar need to be open . 1st day here and it was boring thank you.

Extra charges: Even though we booked an "all-inclusive" package, we were forced to pay an additional €10 per day just for the air conditioning. Unbearable night noise: The hotel is extremely noisy, especially at night. Groups of young people were partying, blasting music all night long, and destroying the rooms. Getting any proper sleep or rest was completely impossible. Lack of management control: The hotel staff does absolutely nothing to control the noise or enforce quiet hours. They show zero concern for the comfort and well-being of their guests. ➕ Pros: Polite staff: To be fair, the staff members were polite and well-mannered when interacting with them directly. Summary: I highly recommend avoiding this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. "All-inclusive" shouldn't mean hidden daily fees, and you won't get any sleep here.

Alexander the Great? More like Alexander the Awful! Stayed here for 4 nights and it was truly an experience! When we arrived, our passports were confiscated at the check in for nearly half an hour with no explanation whatsoever! Harassed by holiday reps into buying events packages as soon as soon as we got there too! The cleaners were able to open our room doors whenever they wanted, and nearly entered while we were about to change! This was the only time they bothered doing anything…. They took our towels and never replaced them? The towels had bloody stains on them as well!!! A strange room tax to pay upon arrival as well, of 10 euros per night which was only payable in cash…. (some extra profit off the books?) Another 10 euros to use air conditioning, and you have to pay again every night! Water would randomly stop working, so we couldn’t shower or wash, and the drains would clog every time when we actually did shower! No clue how this is a 4 star hotel, truly one of a kind! Only benefit is that it wasn’t far from the strip, and the breakfast was actually good.

The staff we can’t fault apart from one rude older woman behind the desk we did have a few issues with the room lights not working, single beds when we specified we was a couple, curtain hanging of the rails etc. we did ask to be moved rooms but they instead just replaced the light bulb and shoved our beds together, in the end we didn’t mind and just got on with our holiday until it came to night time when I tell you screaming,shouting,fighting was happening all night it was ALL NIGHT no fault of the hotel as the location is right next to the strip but these people where customers of the hotel and therefore they should have been told to shut up and go to bed but they didn’t ask them to be quite or anything like that people would play knock a door run at 5am and would be running up and down the hallway all night long you don’t get any sleep, we was greeted by reps when we first arrived and booked for a pool party, it was very expensive and was not enjoyable we stayed for 10 mins and left it was nothing like the pics and videos they show you although the reps themselves where lovely people, the food is the same everyday and very bland not British at all, drinks where watered down and there is only one working bar so u would have to que for half an hour to even get your all inclusive drinks. Personally the hotel was not for us if your young on ur own and just looking for a place to crash during your hangover then it’s perfect otherwise I would stay away !!
