Very nice . Room cleaned every day . Fresh towels every day . Beds very comfortable. Staff very nice . Cleaners do an amazing job. Pool great . Lifeguards on duty , one came to the assistance of a young lad when I was there who was distressed. Always cleaning nearby too, and emptying bins. All in all just really good. Would definitely go back . Catering for a lot of young people, good atmosphere . Rooms consisted of a microwave, 2 single beds , a fridge and hot plates and grill . A balcony , and an airer if you washed any clothes to dry them on. Very impressed

Very nice hotel for what you pay for. The food is lovely, they offer a variety of food including meat dishes, pasta, pizza, and plenty of fruit and vegetables. The rooms are lovely and clean, and rooms get cleaned often and towels etc replaced. The staff are lovely, the location is perfect, that being only a 20 minute walk from Siam Park and a 5 minute walk from the strip and beach. The pool is a great size and never too busy. I would say though that the hotel is full of young people, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for families due to the noise at night from young people going out. However if you are a young group of people like I was then this hotel is perfect. The hotel is decor could probably do with an update but I can’t complain since it didn’t affect my stay in anyway. Overall a great stay and great value.

Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel, it’s clean, staff are friendly, good location for girls/lads holidays, drinks/food are good. There’s a lot of negative reviews on this hotel, any family/couple shouldn’t go here as it’s mainly teenagers/party holidays, that is quite obvious considering its location. Cleanliness is spotless, my friends had a cockroach in their room because of the mess/opened food they left. My room and friends stayed spotless. Drinks and food are good to the standard you pay for. The cleaners came in once/twice a week and they were also nothing but lovely. Overall I have nothing negative to say, lovely staff, clean hotel, an all round good experience.

Located about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, next to a strand of nice restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is a party hotel, full of groups of young men and women who often stay up late shouting and partying with no care for anyone else staying in the hotel. Staff who work during the night don’t seem to care about that when you inform them. Housekeepers I’ll try and enter room even when you put the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. Other guests, being young, are disrespectful and loud I found. There are far better hotels to stay at when visiting Tenerife, although the price you pay is the quality you get when it comes to this hotel.

The reviews about this place really did give me anxiety of staying but when I stayed here I was actually surprised of how clean the rooms are and the variety of food and drinks were provided. Me and my partner were happy about the food, service and the location of the hotel to 2 different beaches and amazing restaurants. Would 100% review this hotel as a younger couples hotel, not really suited for kids just because there's no activities for them and is noisy. Will be staying here again.

Mixed review here- this hotel is very cheap and defo great for families / people on a budget. I will start with the negatives and end with the positives - of corse please be mindful this is only my opinion- I have stayed here twice- once in 2017 and again in 2025. I will do a honest review comparing both stays. Negatives- •It is up a really steep hill- location is not very ideal (but close to aqualand) taxis up from the beach are around 7€ • food is not the best (even since my stay in 2017) •the room i stayed this time (1bed apartment) was really small, uncomfortable beds, rusty bath, very out dated and needed a good lick of paint and a clean up, however back in 2017 i had a 2bed apartment the experience was very different and all positive about the room (comparing to a budget and not 5star of course) •the extra bed in the room was a piece of wood and a thin matteress. •entertainment is non existent on a weekend which is a shame. •no air con - they do offer a fan hire at 20€ deposit (i think) and im sure it was like 15€ for 3 days. All though the fans were rubbish and blew warm air out, on their fastest spin it was like having a standard uk 16” fan on setting 1. •the whole areas like pool, slopes etc need a good lick of paint and sprucing up abit, nothings changed since 2017 just got worse. •sun loungers not the best- just standard lay down ones, cant adjust the back. •wifi is only in public areas and not very good. Pros- •cheap to stay and cheap all inclusive upgrade 23€ per adult per day and children half price! •they were quick to rectify the un-comfy spare bed and brought us another mattress to put on it. •staff and guests are friendly and welcoming (both times ive stayed) •the pool area is big enough to enjoy and there is a park just behind it. •no sun-bed wars (both times) •aqualand in walking distance •cleaners come round every 2 days to clean the rooms. •reception very helpful. I have stayed in both laguna park 1 and 2 and i would rather pay that little bit extra and stay in laguna park1 , it is nicer and better location, plus entertainment there is every night including weekends.

Such an amazing place to stay! The staff go above and beyond and are so good with kids! They adored my little boy and always made a fuss of him. The view is incredible, especially when there’s a sunset. You can see pretty much everything, we constantly watched boats and different activities. The view of the volcano is incredible. The pool is huge, it included a shallow closed off area for children/babys, which was extremely clean. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and clean. Overall the hotel is beyond amazing and me and my family will 100% be coming back.

Brilliant holiday, This hotel is ideal for families in mind. Very friendly and professional staff, able to help every time. Security always on hand to help, Buffet breakfast is a must! Huge pool kids love it! Amazing parrot show in the entertainment area, located next to Aqualand. I was scared reading other reviews however I can honestly say, I did not see a single insect in the apartment next to the pool - Wish we could stay longer and will definitely be back soon! Thank you Laguna park 2, we had the best first family holiday! x

Laguna Park 2 is located in a beautiful area with amazing views. Breakfast and dinner were surprisingly very good, with plenty of options and tasty food. However, the building is quite old and there’s no air conditioning in the rooms, which was a big issue in the warm weather. We had to pay around €5 per night to rent a standing fan, which felt a bit unreasonable. The rooms are basic and don’t include even small essentials like soap, which you'd normally expect. That said, the price is quite affordable for a 2-star place, and you get what you pay for. Overall, decent if you're on a budget and don’t mind the heat — but for comfort, there's room for improvement.

Was very scared about coming at first due to other reviews. But when we arrived we saw absolutely nothing wrong with the rooms, they were very clean and a little out of date but I don’t know what some people expect for how cheap it is. The cleaners came and did a very good job and were very lovely. The pool is very lovely, the staff are very lovely. Just had a great experience over all to be fair. There are a few cockroaches that make their way into the room but unfortunately that is to be expected and not the staffs fault. People are quite noisy on a night aswell but again not the staffs fault. Can’t comment on the food as we booked self catering just in case. The location is a little annoying with the massive hill but we just got taxis. Would definitely stay again

I really wish I could give this place more stars, the staff were very good, however the resort is in need of TLC. Our room was clean, but there was a couple of drawer fronts not on properly, the wood of the doors looked like it was rotten at the bottom and the balcony sliding door did not want to stay on the rail. That said the room was a generous size with a separate sleeping area, all the bedding was clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room was bare minimum however it was an all-inclusive holiday so I did not even attempt to use them. The food in the restaurant was nothing fancy, but there was plenty of it and something for everyone. There was a chicken paella dish that was particularly tasty and tempted me for seconds. Nothing wrong at all for the main pool area however I did overhear someone say the kids pool was horrific, I was not tempted to go and see for myself. There was entertainment every day and evening, I was just gutted that I missed the bingo on the Monday, not the fault of the resort, the entertainment host was very good at getting people involved in the events. When I booked this resort it was the cheapest all-inclusive deal at the time, for the price I paid it was what I was expecting, it was advertised as a 3 star, and overall this is probably an accurate reflection.

Rooms outdated, fan was held in by a screw which looked like a poor botch job, it would make a terrible sound and couldn't use it properly. Front door was rotting away and shower had no power. Food was average but nice variety. Receptionist was helpful, staff often looked miserable and quite rude. Pool guy was a jobsworth. The entertainment team were spot on especially Alvin. Overall good holiday but the hotel needs a lick of paint and some fixes

My partner and I stayed here for a week in the middle of April. Overall I'd say the hotel was okay for the money we paid. Our room was rather sparse and definitely needed a refresh. No Aircon and the ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen area had a hole in the ceiling behind it so we were reluctant to turn it on out of fear it would fly off and decapitate one of us. There were also only two electrical sockets in the entire apartment, neither of which were in the bedroom. We had heard lots of reports of guests rooms being broken into during their stay. Luckily that didn't happen to us but it did put us on our guard, especially after finding out the hotel was also home to full time residents, not strictly hotel guests. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was tasty. My only criticism about the food was that it was a little repetitive, especially breakfast and there wasn't a huge range to choose from. During peak times food was eaten quickly and not replenished at the same rate so you'd often have to wait. While I can't say I'd recommend the hotel, it wasn't an awful experience for us personally, but I certainly wouldn't be in a rush to go back.

Staff are awesome, kind, patient and helpful. Overall hotel condition - good enough. Everything was a little past its best and in need of some TLC. E.g.: Some doors warped and/or peeling paint, some tiles cracked, some walls needing repainted, ceiling fans a bit wobbly) Area very quiet 🥰 No air conditioning. All inclusive cups are TINY for drinks, 125ml soft drinks, 150ml alcohol with mixer. Food was ok, Pork every night, not many vegetarian options as most things had pork cooked with it even the fish/seafood paella often had pork/ham mixed in!

Stayed here for a week and it was terrible experience all round I would not call it a 1 let alone a 3 star you have to pay for a remote,kettle, if u loose ur wristband u have to pay 150£ for adults and £75 for a kids. The entertainment only go on for an hour from 9:30pm, all inclusive stops at 10:30pm then they make you pay for drinks the only good thing was the food. It’s literally a remote location where there’s only supermarket the locals made us feel unwelcome it’s so difficult to get a taxi there. If you are travelling with a baby they provide cots and high chairs but there is no baby changing facilities at all. There not enough umbrellas at the pool. The reception staff are horrible and all have an attitude. They kick you out your room by 10:30am - 12pm cutting off your wristband meaning if you have a late flight out you cannot stay in ur room. probably wouldn’t return wasted 3.5k to stay here. No floats allowed and lifeguard doesn’t rush to you in an emergency

Brilliant location, an excellent team, Alexandra's aerobic session was brilliant, very good food and drink choices, a good mix of entertainment, including the pools and play areas, and very, very clean rooms and other areas sums up this hotel, but there will be many more positive things to say. It is 5 minutes from the beach and the designer mall, and a short journey from the airport. It is not noisy, there were no drunks spoiling the atmosphere and the team were attentive at all times of the day. For a family this is a perfect place to stay.

Just got back after a wonderful week there Rooms were spacious ( family room) and were cleaned daily and towels changed daily. The cleaner was thorough in cleaning to a spotless standard. All staff friendly and pleasant. Food was pretty good and a good variety. Pools clean . We were half board , you pay for evening drinks on card or charge to room no cash payment except for the little shop Only drawback is if you want sunbeds somewhere people there from 0530 and all gone by 0730 all left unattended with towels on . That didn't bother us as we went out for the day and returned later and had no problems getting one then. There's a separate small pool behind for little ones .

Animation Team are very friendly. Keen to get everyone involved in all the activities which we all loved. Big shout out to Alexandria- my oldest loved her & always so friendly. We ended up with a great room overlooking the pool. Pool size is great, space for everyone including floats. Rooms were a good size for a family of 4 & a bonus that we all had our own bed( as we were sharing x2 beds last year at different hotel). Overall I would recommend this hotel & would definitely come back.

Rooms good size. Food standard for an all inclusive, can always find something. Sunbeds, need to be up early to get some by the main pool. All usually gone by 7.30am. Animation team fab, get you involved , very friendly. Overall a good holiday.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The animation team are absolutely amazing. They are amazing with the kids during the activities and are really good at cheering them on, and inspiring confidence. Big special mention to Yazia. My 3year old daughter absolutely loves her, and has created the best bond with her. Will be so sad when we have to leave. Hope to be back next year to see them be reunited.

Fantastic hotel! Just had a weeks holiday here and myself and my family absolutely loved it! We have 2 younger children and they absolutely loved the pool. The food is fantastic and the rooms are lovely! Cande, the maid who looked after our room during our stay was lovely, polite and respectful. She always greeted us politely in the mornings and our room was always immaculate!

Amazing from start to finish. The room we had was a 2 bedroom with a roof terrace. It was huge and so so clean. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff keep everywhere immaculate. The food was always to a good standard with a different theme every night. Would we come again??? 100% can't wait to come back soon.

We’ve just come back from a week long holiday with our family and 2 year old, and we absolutely loved it. We've stayed in Tenerife many times, including in some 5* star hotels, but this was by far our favourite! The resort is beautiful, spotless with spacious rooms and great air conditioning. There’s just one restaurant, but the food was always fresh and really tasty. The Asian evening on Friday was really good. We noticed that food labels were often missing or incorrect so if anything a bit more information would definitely help guests know what they’re choosing. The pools were brilliant and we never struggled to get a sunbed, which was a big plus. The only downside was that the white parts of our swimwear turned slightly green in the water. Not sure why that happened, but we’re hoping it washes out! The service was exceptional. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Carlos, Miguel & the reception team in particular were fantastic and helped make our holiday really special. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Would highly recommend Gran Oasis for an all inclusive family holiday. From a beautifully decorated and clean reception to our 2 bedroom spacious apartment with large balcony and impressive private roof top terrace and this was kept very clean at all times. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was really tasty with great choices for everyone, very well managed with no queues. The snack bar by the pool was always well stocked with savoury snacks and fresh fruit. Both bars had a good selection of all inclusive drinks for adults and kids. Ice cream pots free with all inclusive but I would recommend a selection of Ice Lollies instead as the ice cream is plentiful at meal times and kids tend to enjoy ice lollies during the day. The daily entertainment at the pool was great fun for everyone. The supermarket on site was well stocked. Overall this is a excellent family resort that I would not hesitate to return to.

The dining room staff are only too happy to help with any food requests/requirements. My daughter is gluten free, every morning they had cooked her pan cakes and gave her other goodies (honestly amazing)! The reception staff, very polite and friendly. i would go back again

Room cleaned everyday, fresh towels and bedding. We had 2 plugs in our big bedroom. Plenty of room to separate the two single beds. Beautiful see views from block B. Night clubs not loud and couldn't hear a thing if balcony door closed. Breakfast was perfect wide choice of everything. Reception staff always helpful.

Had a good stay here! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were standard, we booked a double bed but had two singles pushed together. Was very noisy at night until around 5am, however we took earplugs and slept fine with these in. Overall cleanliness was fine! Breakfast was good, large selection and tasted fresh. Dinner wasn’t great- mostly fish options. Even the pizza had fish on. Could do with more variety and didn’t taste as fresh. Pools were good- not too cold and managed to get sun loungers easily. Good location especially if you’re looking to party however probably not great for families due to the noise. I felt safe during my stay- however i did see police escorting people out multiple times. I asked reception for a clean towel and they told me there would be an additional charge, also an additional charge to use the safes in the room. Overall good- but wouldn’t stay here again.

Sol Tenerife, brilliantly located hotel, provided stunning view on the ocean and volcano Teide at the same time. Access to the beach just on the other side of fence and very short walk to any other local amenities. Don't forgot to mention fantastic, underestimated staff taking care of you and your kids. Great choose of food provided. The only reasons I give four stars, is that the carpets in the hallways upstairs need replacing, and the walls in rooms asking for a fresh coat of paint.

We just left Sol Tenerife after 10 nights, after seeing all the mixed reviews we were very cautions but I was actually pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by lovely staff and our room as actually ready early (1pm). We were asked if we would prefer a higher floor to cancel the noise which we opted for. On entering our room which was situated in Block B, it was noticeably spotless. I have no complaints about the cleanliness. Although we did come across quite a few ants and cockroaches, it was not a big deal, fresh towels everyday and beds changed every second day. We had breakfast included, which was OK, your typical buffet breakfast, nothing special. We were staying on the 10th floor overlooking Veronica’s Strip and although it could be loud at night time into the early hours of the morning it was not much of an issue for us. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Sol Tenerife. 1 major issue to note especially to families thinking of coming out here to this hotel, the lifeguards are no way fit for their job, they sit in a hut all day on their phones. We witnessed an emergency in the pool and the lifeguard did not even know how to do CPR. Just be very wary of this especially if you are bringing kids.

if you love weed and parties the location Is just for you. every time I was on the balcony I could smell weed and at night I had trouble with falling asleep because of the noise. the service in the hotel is nice and welcoming, except of checking in and out, because there ladies are extremely slow. I been in a line for 30 mins to simply hand out the card and the tokens which that took less than a minute.

Today we returned from our 10 days all inclusive family holiday and I would like to give my sincere feedback on this hotel. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Cleaners come in every day changing towels, filling up toilet paper and also clean the apartment. Beds are very comfortable, wardrobes spacious with plenty of hangers. You also have a free safe to keep your passports etc. safe. We stayed in a studio apartment and I was very pleased with it . I had the ocean view and a nice little balcony to chill outside in the evenings 😊 Service - every single member of staff works very hard to keep up a good standard, making sure everyone is happy and comfortable. They always have a big smile on their face and welcome you no matter if it's morning or evening. A big shout out to the entertainment staff keeping adults and children entertained throughout the day 😊 Location - the hotel is located in a very good area with a short distance walk to shops, bars, beach etc... There is a shopping centre right on the front of the hotel, I found that very convenient. Food - Food was good and freshly cooked every day. There's plenty of choices and a good variety of everything. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Tenerife with family. If I return, I will be definitely visiting this hotel again 😊

Excellent Experience at Hotel El Duque The staff is extremely friendly and professional, from the reception to the restaurant and bar. I sent an email two months in advance mentioning our preference for certain rooms, and these requests were honored exactly as asked. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. 🥰Many thanks to the entire El Duque team for their hospitality and attention to detail!❤️ We will definitely return next year, even though this is already our second visit.🥰

Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy. Room big. Pool area nice. All inclusive very good (but still all inclusive) always something to have. Only downside is they take wrist band when checking out, we had another 8 hours before being picked up, seemed a little petty especially with small kids

Hotel Review: Unacceptable Service and Hygiene This hotel stay was extremely disappointing. Our room wasn't ready at the scheduled check-in time, and even after a significant delay, we still faced further issues. - Check-in: The delay in receiving our room was unacceptable. Waiting over two hours past the promised time, and then having to complain to finally get access to our room, was incredibly frustrating. - Room Cleanliness: While the room appeared clean upon arrival, this was clearly not maintained. Daily cleaning was completely absent. Fresh towels and bed linens were not provided, and the floors were visibly dirty, indicating a lack of proper cleaning throughout our stay. - Staff Behaviour: The staff's rudeness added insult to injury. Their unhelpful and dismissive attitude exacerbated the negative experience. - Pool Hygiene: The pool's state of cleanliness was also concerning, further highlighting a general disregard for hygiene standards at the hotel. Overall: This hotel failed to meet basic expectations regarding check-in procedures, room cleanliness, and staff conduct. The lack of daily service, combined with the uncleanliness of both the room and pool, made this stay highly unsatisfactory.

A really nice hotel. Staff are very pleasant and polite. Rooms are basic but clean. Lovely pool areas which are clean and have a nice bar area. The food is not great. I appreciate it is hard to cater to everyone's tastes all the time but the meat options in particular are very dry and overcooked. They desserts are good. Location is good and only across the road from the market and a short walk down to the beach.

Loved my stay here! We upgraded to Platinum for the last few days of our holiday and I’m so glad we did. The self-serve bar was great, and the perks like fresh waffles or pancakes in the morning were a lovely touch. The Platinum pool was so peaceful perfect for relaxing. The location is slightly away from the main area, which made it ideal for a quiet holiday, yet it’s less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great holiday at this hotel. The hotel itself is well laid out and beautifully maintained - big, but not impersonal. The choice at the buffet is great and there was loads of choice; I'm vegetarian and was impressed with the range of food and flavours. The pool snack bar was great too - always lots on offer and thoughtful little touches. The pool areas were lovely, clean and buzzy but without being crowded. The day and night time entertainment were great too - the animation team were brilliant. The overall vibe was a good mix of fun and peaceful. My only (very small) gripe is that the bathrooms could do with being upgraded, but not a big deal at all.

Stayed for 10 nights with my boyfriend and we were stunned as soon as we entered the hotel. The food was so good and did food cooking near the pool. They had a great selection and different dishes each day at lunch and dinner. They also do not mess around with the alcohol with a wide selection of different drinks around the hotel. The service was great at reception and throughout the hotel. The evening entertainment was the best I had seen with the balcony being a relaxed area where musicians play and the show area with different shows and activities. The animation crew were so fun and bubbly and got everyone involved. They definitely put a smile on your face everyday. I would definitely be coming here again at some point !

This hotel was honestly amazing from start to finish. Everything about it—from the vibe to the activities—was spot on. All the games and events were such fun experiences and really well put together, making it super easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always happy to help or have a chat, especially Anton and Emanuele, who went above and beyond and made the whole stay even better with their energy and kindness. Perfect stay with no issues at all. We upgraded to Platinum, which I would fully recommend. Room perfect, clean, modern and large. Beautiful views of both pools and ocean. Daily room clean with minimal disruption, even if left room later in day, we would come back to a clean room again. Food delicious, buffet varied and plenty of selection - even my husband and son who are both picky, had no complaints and managed to find many delicious options daily. We actually saved money as ended up eating in buffet almost every day for every meal, as it was so good. Staff was so friendly and helpful and made every accommodation with no issues. Made all the difference. Didn’t try entertainment but music sounded lovely every night. Hotel is clearly run extremely well and just a lovely holiday, which we could fully enjoy as hotel made sure everything taken care of. Would have been great if pool snack/bar had ice cream and also if tv had Netflix option (for some evening downtime) + more smoking areas but not reflecting this in review as minor. So still 5* for us all the way. Plenty of shops and a supermarket also + shop in hotel, so not short on options. Beach lovely but black volcanic sand in high heat will burn your feet, so get some zipper neoprene shoes to help walking across sand. Overall, absolutely delightful stay and would 100% recommend! We will return again for sure and missing it already!

We visited in 2023 and had to return this year too! The hotel is amazing — it is everything you could ask for and more. The entire place is spotless, and all the staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional. There’s entertainment for everyone. The location is perfect — just a five-minute walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. There are too many staff members to name who made our stay wonderful, but special mentions go to Alexandra, Rasoul, and Berta — all 5 stars! We even extended our trip while here, and the reception team made the process smooth and stress-free. On site, there’s also a lovely hairdresser, a Starbucks, and a spa for that extra bit of relaxation. Huge thanks to everyone!

Just got back from a beautiful stay here, Staff were brilliant, hotel was spotless, Food was really good, buffet style but changed every day, from sword fish, to steak. Salads were delicious, really good healthy food. Not the typical fried rubbish. The rooms were cleaned every morning, and the beds were super comfy. Best night sleep in ages. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 1 week as 2 adults and overall was a good location, we don't mind walking, and would be around 10/15 minutes to the more central locations, but plenty of restaurants shops etc within 5 minutes of the front door. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with lots of storage and very clean. We stayed in the family section which had no impact on our holiday. We stayed half board and although the breakfast we enjoyed every morning we did end up going out for most of our dinners as they were quite repetitive and some of the buffet elements were cold.

Our whole stay was amazing, especially from the entertainment team, Ricky and Erwan. We enjoyed the competitions that led us to win the premium cocktails and getting involved in the entertainment, specifically the karaoke! The hotel was amazing including all the facilities it had to offer! Our group would definitely like to go back! And would recommend to all!

I loved this hotel very Clean, tidy. Local to everything. The food was amazing and the entertainment was brilliant. The only problem I can say is the cleaner on the 5th floor was very rude. Walked in my room with out knocking. Demanding I leave at 12 shouted at my in front of my children. I was well well aware I had to leave at 12 as it was only11.30 am. Apart from that I loved my stay

Honestly, 4 stars don’t do this hotel justice – it truly deserves more. Before our trip, I had some doubts after reading a few mixed reviews, but once we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the food was absolutely excellent – always fresh and constantly replenished right up until the end of service. The variety of desserts, pastries, and fresh fruits was outstanding. There were several large pools, and the solarium area facing the sea was quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. In the evenings, there were fun and varied programs in the lobby with a nice bar and great atmosphere. Everything was included and available without extra charge. We spent a truly wonderful week here – highly recommended!

This is truly an amazing place to go, and I will absolutely be back next year! The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond, anticipating your needs with a genuine smile. The people around are just as lovely, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. And the food? Oh, the food is beyond amazing - each meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, local ingredients and a vast array of options. Our room was a luxurious sanctuary, incredibly spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and that big TV was perfect for unwinding. It's not just a hotel; it's an experience that makes you feel utterly pampered and relaxed. I can't recommend it enough!

Nice hotel with some positive aspects, but definitely not 4 star standard. Positives include clean modern rooms with lots of space, and the majority of staff are helpful and friendly. However, aspects of the hotel are run down. One of the main pools are missing tiles, walls are stained, the gym and kids club look run down. The food was the worst part of the holiday, the selection was barely 3 star standard (and also often cold). Location wise is in a nice golfing area but about half an hour away from everything going on (an hour by bus - taxis are about 35 euro to get to the busier areas). Some really nice bars below the hotel. There was also a limit to 1 drink per person for the all inclusive deal and you needed a token for a drink … and 10 euro per towel… not ideal. Evening entertainment also wasn’t great. Ultimately we had a nice time but there is definitely a lot of work to be done to call this hotel ‘four stars’.

We have just stayed here for a week & have so many good things to say about it!! 💫 The cleaning staff work above and beyond! The rooms were cleaned spotless every day and really quick too. I didn’t get the man’s name but the male cleaner was friendly and so good at his job! 💫 the entertainment team seemed great and fun from what I saw during the week. Always friendly around the hotel too 💫 the canteen / chefs are incredible. I don’t know how they work to the standards they do in the busy hectic environment. The food was exceptional and the themed nights are so good!! We’ve had Asian / Italian / Spanish / Mexican whilst we’ve been here. The salad section is so good and a wide choice of healthy foods. I can’t rate the food enough!! They deal with so much as well with people leaving the tables a mess and people making a mess when serving their own plates. These guys deserve a special mention! The only bad thing I will say about the hotel is the pool area can get quite slippy. Myself and my little boy slipped and noticed a few others too during the week. Also ( not the hotels fault at all) other guests putting their towels out in the morning on the sun beds and leaving no room for anyone else was rather irritating as the week wore on. If you weren’t up before the sun you weren’t getting one! I can’t fault the hotel at all. We had a great stay here and all the staff are wonderful at their jobs I wish I could tip them all!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. ☀️ 🌊 🦎 🌺

I'm writing this review laying on my lounger drinking an ice cold drink (which maybe alcoholic??!! ). On the last full day of our holiday, which has been wonderful so far. My wife and I are a couple in our fifties. So our kids have grown up and don't sponge of us for their holidays anymore. Anyway we booked this hotel 2 days before we travelled out here. We knew this was a family friendly hotel but that was ok with us, plus we had upgraded our room to a seaview. The transfer from the airport was quick and easy. The hotel from outside looked lovely. At reception we was greated with a smile from a helpful young lady who explained everything about the hotel we needed to know. Because we already upgraded, this entitled us to what they call My Favourite Club. Which I would highly recommend all couples to do. This gave us access to a more private area in the buffet restaurant, private sun terrace but best of all, My Favourite Lounge. In there you can make your own drinks (cocktails! ) and nibbles are provided. Ok let's speed this up a bit. Our hotel room, tick! Large, very comfortable and the maid service was outstanding. Bars tick again! I found all the staff very pleasant and hard working. Buffet restaurant a BIG tick! Food was wonderful, always well cooked and a great variety. Never the same old food. That's down to some people who think that putting Pork, Chicken, Beef and Fish on their plate in one go is how to enjoy a tasty meal. Pool bar food, a tick again. Adult pool area tick again. It's not a swimming pool but a shallow cool down pool. Sun loungers comfortable and a very big tick you don't have to get up early to find one. OK so far so good a 5 star review. But unfortunately one star gets knocked off for the following. There are two so called A la cart restaurants here. We booked for both of them, I wished I hadn't. The Enyesque was lovely but I did find the main meal was a bit salty for my taste. Unfortunately however Chido the Mexican restaurant wasn't great. Let's just say if Wetherspoons was doing a Mexican night it would be far better than here. Next keeping the public areas clean. The hotel must be cleaned over night, because I never saw anyone cleaning around the pool areas during the day time. So unfortunately because of the wind you get here in Tenerife drinks and food will get spilt and remainder not cleaned up. Next the ice crusher that makes cocktails it the pool bar is so loud you can hear it everywhere. I'm sure the bar staff wish they had ear defineders on and I'm also sure if the wind is blowing in the right direction you can hear it back in the UK too!! .And finally, a couple of my own little things that would make our stay better. The sun parasols in the My Favourite Club look lovely but are far too small to keep the mid day sun off you. Also I think the My Favourite Club Lounge should be adults only in the evening. All in all this is a lovely hotel and yes I would come back here again and maybe in years to come I might come here with our grandchildren too. So may be if these issues are fixed I'll be leaving a 5 star review next time!

We stayed here for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff are all polite and friendly and try to accommodate any requests you may have. The three pools are all clean and well managed by the lifeguards. Our room had a beautiful seaview and very large balcony with sunbeds and dining furniture. The room was large with two bedrooms and bathrooms so there's no queuing for a shower. Also the air conditioned rooms are a breath of fresh air after a long day in the heat. The only downside is the location which is up a steep hill, but so are many others due to the geography of Los Cristianos. Overall it was an amazing stay at the Hollywood mirage.

Was here for a week mid July and One of the worst stays from a comfort and chill point of view. Why cant they have one of pools for adults only? GOOD: Reception staff, free bus, decent supermarket 2 minutes away down the road, rooms we big and decent air-conditioning, kitchen facilities and beds we hard but okay. BAD: Pool! Never went in any of the pools once on our entire stay! Too many people, all pools kids taken over, hardly and sunbeds you had people queuing early morning lined up with their towels!! Never been away before when we couldn't use the pool ever this was the 1st. Distance to resort was huge!! Maybe walk down in 30 minutes but back up take you for ever if your legs didn't fall off 1st..Couldn't grab a coffee from the pool bar was told to move along and couldn't sit down even though most of the tables were empty and even if we decided to grab some food that put us off and didn't make us feel like guests of that hotel.

Just back from a 5 day stay. This is definitely not a 4 star. At best a 3. Rooms dirty and sofa bed very shabby and full of stains. Few cockroachs in apartment. I had to clean apartment myself. Cleaner appeared once to wallop round the room with a dirty cloth and a mop bucket of dirty water. We didn't sit on furniture due to it being dirty. Apartment smelt musty. I would not recommend due to poor hygiene. Rooms are very spacious. We had booked to 2 apartments and it cost us £3000 for a 5 day stay. Looks 100 times better on pics than in reality.

Just came back from a weeks stay as a family of 3. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and I was very impressed (yes the bathrooms mostly the shower/tub need a bit tlc but they were clean and functional.) Overall the rooms were very spacious and had everything (apart from a tin opener) you could need for a self catering holiday. We knew the hotel was on a hill so we made use of the free bus, when we did walk back up it was good workout. The only issue I had was the queuing for the pool before it opened, I always said I would never do this but I did on 2 occasions just to get a bed around the main pool (I didn't leave my towel and go away I made sure to stay as I hate it when people reserve them and don't come back for hours, I feel more could be done to stop that.) We used 2 of the 3 pools with the main one having lots of entertainment during the day, we enjoyed the foam party on the Saturday. Overall we had a nice stay and would come back if in Tenerife.

We stayed at Hollywood Mirage for a week. Place looked great at first, but not for long. On the second night of our stay we have discovered the place is full of cockroaches. You could see them on the halls and in bathrooms.The place looks great on the outside but the rooms are not too clean. You could see dust all over the room. We had a cleaning lady come in once during our stay to change the sheets and give fresh towels. On the positive note, the hotel gives you free bus connection to the beach. The hotel is located on a hill, so taking a bus directly to the hotel is a huge plus. Food was average as it usually is in hotels, so no complaints here. If you want to try nice Spanish cuisine, go to a restaurant.

My family and I booked a week at this hotel. The location is amazing, clubs, restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. But as soon as we headed into the rooms it was kinda disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, we had to make the bed ourselves, and there were dust, sand and hair lying around. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in a party region so of course the nights were not quiet. But we knew about that beforehand. Nevertheless, the view to the beach was great and the breakfast was also excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. In conclusion, the hotel is good if you need a place to stay but take trips to different locations. If you’re looking for an All-Inclusive-Vibe, maybe try another one.

The hotel itself is in a great location close to everything and plenty around it. The animation team were brilliant. Aaron and the rest the team are always doing some shows or games and it makes it fun all day around the pool. They were very nice and friendly couldn't get better than them. The hotel staff were mostly nice . The rooms need a bit of renovation there's a few problems . We had a big family and had three rooms and there was bits wrong in every room but they were just okay. The cleaning is really bad we were there for two weeks and had to ask for them to sweep and mop the floor after a week . The cleaners changed the towels after a few days and nothing else . I asked to leave a mop and brush in the apartment to do it myself but that's not possible . Second week it wasn't done either very disappointing and the hotel could he better with a few small bits

Not for a couples trip- think baby shark music going on during happy hour + children all over the hallways screaming. Mold in the very dirty rooms with very dirty dishes with no soap to wash them with. This hotel’s main benefit is the staff who were all very nice and helpful with our concerns, they went above and beyond. The location is also quite nice, as it’s nearly directly on the beach and close to the airport bus route,

Loved our stay here, myself and a friend stayed and we chose it as it was so close to Siam park. Also very close to the beach and shops 💚 5 stars overall but 4 for room as it is true about the cockroaches but they were small and I’m sure they’re just more common in the area due to the climate etc. We didn’t let the hotel know about them as I was ok with moving them on but I’m sure if we had they would have helped out. They were super kind and helpful.

We had a rocky start to the trip with an only one room being booked, even though we booked two rooms through an easy jet package. Arriving to our room once it got sorted we had sandy bed sheets, a leak in the ceiling, no bolt on the door (as a second lock), cockroaches every night the whole week and two lights ended up falling out the ceiling in my friends room. Despite the trouble with rooms our days at the pool were absolutely excellent. We enjoyed all the games all the entertainment. The team Aldara, Stephanie, Aaron and Giulia were brilliant and provided the best vibes and entertainment for us the whole week - we loved it and couldn’t thank them enough for an amazing holiday!
