We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our holiday.
The renovated rooms were beautiful and modern. Our room was cleaned every day, towels were changed whenever we requested, and beach towels could be exchanged daily, which was very convenient.
The staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. We would especially like to thank Natalia, the bartender, and the lovely lady at the wellness reception (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name). She was there almost every day and was always incredibly kind and welcoming. I also had a massage at the wellness centre, and it was excellent.
We really enjoyed the food. There were themed dinner evenings, so the selection changed regularly and never became boring. Our little daughter mostly ate fries and pasta (like many children!), but every evening there were also breadsticks and candies available, which we've never seen at another hotel before. It always made her so happy.
We also loved the pizza from the snack bar. There was usually a queue, but it was definitely worth the wait. The ice cream was delicious as well.
The beach is a short walk away, but we already knew that before booking, and we actually enjoyed the walk.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our holiday and would be happy to come back in the future. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff really made the difference — everyone was so friendly and always willing to help.
You could really see that they went the extra mile to make things work in your favour and make guests feel comfortable.
The hotel was absolutely spotless. Even the outdoor areas were cleaned several times a day. Shared toilets were always clean, bins were always empty, and the whole hotel was impressively well maintained.
The pool was amazing and the food was incredible. I have a 5-year-old daughter who can be quite picky with food, but every single day she was able to find something she enjoyed eating — and honestly, that says a lot!
We came with low expectations and left genuinely impressed. Thank you for such a lovely stay 💛

The entertainment team at Hotel Kristal was absolutely wonderful! Every day there was something different to enjoy, and they always kept us entertained with their positive energy and fun activities. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and made our holiday even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the effort they put in every day. Great job, guys! 👏🌴

Lovely accommodation. My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, especially the buffet, which offered a great variety of food. The staff were helpful and professional. Everything was very clean and well organised. It was a perfect week’s holiday. My daughter is already asking when we are going back. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

My mom paid for the best rooms in the hotel and when we arrived she got the basement level room? staff said they will see if something opens up tomorrow but they did not even confirm they will get their rooms tomorrow, i do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
