We stayed at the Club zone/part of the Cala San Miguel Ibiza Resort and had a truly memorable stay. The setting is spectacular, perched above and next to a peaceful bay on the northern coast of Ibiza with beautiful sea views that make you slow down and relax. The rooms (at club hotel) are big, stylish and comfortable, and the resort focuses on quality from wellness activities to relaxing by the pool and beach. Breakfast is mindblowingly good (in club hotel). The staff added a lovely touch: very friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Please verify when booking in which part of the hotel you are booking. There is a difference between the regular hotel (bit more basic) and the club (nicer room, more services, better). If I had to mention a few caveats: you’ll want a car or plan ahead if you want to explore more of the island, because the location is a bit quiet/remote. Also, a few things like sun loungers or premium services can cost extra, so it’s worth checking what’s included. Beach club with a minimum spend of 60€ was quite ridiculous as the club was next to the other pool and had no added value to account for that minimum spend. Overall: highly recommended for a relaxed, upscale adults-only stay in Ibiza. If you want lively nightlife and central Ibiza hustle, you might prefer somewhere else, but for calm, comfort and scenery, this spot absolutely delivers.

It’s a great hotel if you want to relax and enjoy the beach. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The gym was excellent for a hotel, and the valet team was fantastic. If you have the chance, you should definitely go snorkeling with Silverio—it’s an amazing experience you shouldn’t miss. The only downside is that the prices for coffee and food at the hotel are quite high, but there are plenty of alternatives nearby.

My husband and I just returned from a short break without the kids at this stunning resort and we were blown away. The location, views, decor, food, service and overall feel were absolutely spot on... 5 star + We've marked down a little on the room as I would have liked a bath tub and the shower seal leaked, which would leave us with a very wet floor. We also had a stained pillow on arrival, but the staff were responsive to rectifying this. However, our balcony view was to die for ♥️ We 100% hope to visit again. Love the vibe of this place and can't stop thinking about it.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cala San Miguel Ibiza Resort. It is a truly excellent hotel that provides a high-quality experience. Our room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The food and beverage options were outstanding. The amenities are top-notch, including multiple pools (perfect for both relaxing and swimming laps) and a modern, well-equipped gym.

We stayed at Cala San Miguel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Oscar at the bar – he was kind, helpful, and made fantastic cocktails. One of the managers, Rama, took the time to explain what has been accomplished over the past 1.5 years and shared the ambitions for the coming period. He’s clearly an ambitious person with a great eye for detail, which was inspiring to hear. A big thank you also to Gilles, who surprised us by bringing a hat to our room – such a thoughtful and awesome gesture! The breakfast was excellent, and every evening there was live music at the restaurant upstairs, which created a great atmosphere. The pools and resort were spotless, and housekeeping did a great job. We especially appreciated the fresh water being brought to our room every day. Overall, it was a truly great experience. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa and couldn’t fault it. The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The food was excellent, with a great variety each day and some brilliant à la carte restaurants that really elevated the experience. There was always plenty of choice, and the quality was consistently high. The staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly accommodating – nothing was too much trouble, which made the whole stay even more relaxing. The location is also perfect, especially if you’re planning to visit Ushuaïa Ibiza – it’s just a short walk away, making it ideal for combining luxury relaxation with Ibiza’s famous party scene. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Our fourth visit to this hotel and second time booking direct. We had a great week and the staff really want to do their very best for you . I think the hotel itself is ready for a revamp as some areas/rooms are a little tired. It’s a great location for the beach and clubs in walking distance. The staff gave me room options based on a request ahead of my arrival which was very appreciated. As a coeliac traveller it can be tricky but the hotel try hard to ensure you are catered for the best they can. There are some things still I would suggest the hotel can improve in this area such as correct food labelling in restaurants, correct labelling on menus on the apps, more choice for coeliacs - particularly desserts and also an offering in the new sorts area as currently only fruit as an option. One person made this trip super successful and special and that was Naiara Fuentes. She works incredibly hard to ensure guests have the very best holiday. Having met her on our last trip in June this year Naiara went over and above to work with me before our arrival to ensure my dietary requirements were met in the best possible way and to try and create a stress free holiday. This included working with me to create a bespoke menu to meet my requirements, working with the kitchen to ensure safety and she also remembered I had desperately wanted paella in June and it wasn’t possible and she made sure I got paella this time. We had a special thoughtful delivery to our room with a lovely thoughtful note which made us feel very valued as customers and I would say she absolutely made our holiday. She is a real credit to the team and I hope to return next year ️

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel has everything you could ask for – big pools, evening shows, and lots of spaces to relax. But for me, what really stood out was how happy the kids were. They spent hours every day at the Kids Club and came back full of stories and crafts they had made. I have to mention Samuel, Carla, Laura, Guada, Rocío and Paula, because they were absolutely wonderful with the little ones – so caring and full of energy. It honestly made the whole holiday easier for us, because we knew the kids were safe and having fun. I’d recommend it to any family without hesitation

I recently visited this resort and had a mixed experience. The service was great, and the food was good, although getting reservations at the premium dining area was quite challenging. As a result, I ended up eating at the buffet most of the time. The rooms could use some improvement in terms of lighting – they were not well lit. Additionally, the bell service was a bit rude and not as friendly as I had hoped. However, the spa experience was a highlight! I had a massage with Ana, and she was excellent. Her professionalism and skill made the experience truly relaxing. Overall, while there were some areas for improvement, I appreciated the good food and excellent spa service, and access to a clean beach.

The hotel in September was perfect. There weren't too many people, so it was quite chill and cozy, exactly what we needed but still had nice live music and spectacular nightshows. The kidsclub was key for us, our child enjoyed the animation and activities there. A big thank you to Carla, Rocío, Samuel, Guadalupe, Paula and Laura who always welcomed our boy with a smile and took care of him with love. Also the facilites and the room were very good, clean and pleasant.Overall, it was a great stay.

I stayed at ME Ibiza in September, originally for 5 nights but I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay which I’ve not done before. The staff were all kind, friendly and I’m especially grateful to the ME service team in reception and Nicol the Hotel manager who couldn’t do enough to make my stay so wonderful. I’m currently looking to book again for next year. Beautiful hotel, wonderful settings

Beautiful hotel, caring staff and lovely food. If you come over I recommend the restaurant Origen or the rooftopbar. Also a walk by the water or a swim in one of the pools is nice.

Just returned from 5 days at ME … we travel a lot/ once a month all over Europe / Far East / Caribbean so we know what it takes to run a good hotel … ME is brilliant, great Food / Location / service all brilliant … Nothing was ever a problem to any department, the girls Judit & Christine at VIP services were great as was the Breakfast staff / pool staff/ receptionist/ cleaners etc etc .. We will be back however this time with a big group of friends… highly recommend Paul & Maddie Manchester
