Our stay at Stella Rocca Mare in Santorini was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is managed with meticulous attention to detail; the entire resort—including our room—was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay.
The views are simply breathtaking from every angle of the property. Having a private plunge pool on our balcony terrace was a highlight of the trip, providing the perfect, tranquil setting to take in the iconic scenery and watch the sunsets each evening.
What truly elevated our experience, however, was the team. The level of service provided by Irini, Kostas and Aris was superb. Their genuine warmth, friendliness, and dedication to ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect made us feel incredibly welcomed. We also want to commend the management team for fostering such a welcoming environment; it is clear that they truly care about guest satisfaction.
The dining was equally impressive. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious, featuring high-quality ingredients that we thoroughly enjoyed.
We cannot recommend Stella Rocca Mare enough for anyone visiting Santorini looking for a beautiful, well-managed, and hospitable getaway. We look forward to returning!

We arrived at Stella Rocca A Mare and were immediately impressed by the care and service from the staff we were made to feel so welcome. A kind gentleman carried our luggage to our room when we arrived and when we left.
The villa itself was outstanding with amazing views, it went above and beyond our expectations. The view was incredible. We paid for bed and breakfast and each morning we had a beautiful view when eating breakfast. The breakfast was brilliant, good quality and fresh food. Again staff made you feel welcome. We found the house keeping was brilliant. Cleaned our room each day so it was nice and fresh. Fira was a short walk away where we visited shops and ate at nice restaurants. The hotel is peaceful and we were really able to relax.
The bedroom was stunning, nice king size bed and everything was clean, we had robes to wear each day. We were celebrating my partners birthday while at the hotel and staff brought us a floating breakfast as a surprise which was amazing and some rose petals. Staff helped me make it a special morning for him.
If you’re thinking of booking this hotel in Santorini I highly recommend it! I couldn’t be more happy with our experience.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at Stella Rocca A Mare. Stunning views, a spacious and beautiful room, great location, and welcoming attentive staff. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of champagne as well as the included breakfast which was brought to our room for a very small fee. Enjoying omelettes and greek coffees with the views from our deck was a great way to start our day. Imerovigli was much quieter than Fira but easy to walk back and forth and plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.
Throughout our stay Aris was very helpful in arranging taxis/transfers and providing information about the island. We had scheduled our own transfer from the airport when we first arrived and the hotel still sent someone to meet us and help with our bags. We didn’t even have to ask.
Overall our stay felt relaxing, luxurious, and romantic. We would absolutely stay here again or at one of the other Stella properties.

Staying at Stella Rocca a Mare was truly unforgettable. The hotel is stunning, peaceful, and perfectly positioned with some of the most breathtaking caldera views in Santorini. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained.
A special mention goes to Aris, the manager, who made our stay exceptional. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his presence truly sets this hotel apart.
The rest of the staff were equally attentive and kind, and our room was immaculate, comfortable, and felt like a private sanctuary overlooking the sea.
Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented each morning, and the atmosphere around the pool and lounge areas was calm and luxurious.
The location in Imerovigli is ideal — quiet, elegant, and right on the famous cliff path to Oia. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and access to everything.
I would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend Stella Rocca a Mare for anyone wanting a truly exceptional Santorini experience.

Our stay at Stella Rocca A Mare was simply unforgettable. Perched on the cliffs of Imerovigli, the hotel offers incredible panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the caldera, and watching the sunset from our private terrace and got tub was a special highlight.
The hotel is beautiful blending modern luxury with rustic charm. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the private outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.
All The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help, a special mention to Aris The hotel manager who was exceptional, the trip was a very special one for us as I was looking to propose to my now Fiancé, Aris help in the planning and organising (pulled some strings to ensure we had the most amazing table in the local restaurant) was exceptional and he helped make as special as I could have ever hoped, he is a true gent.
Breakfast was delicious, with fresh local ingredients and stunning views.
The location is idilic, peaceful and romantic, yet still within easy reach of great restaurants, cafés, and the scenic path to Fira and Oia.
If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway with amazing hospitality and unforgettable views, Stella Rocca A Mare is a perfect choice.
