Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and
the mattresses were really good.
The food is a buffet, somewhat uninspired, and more often cold than hot; unfortunately, it lacks variety, so that needs improvement.
The pool area is nice and great.
The airplane noise isn't bothersome since the planes don't fly at night.
Excursions by public bus are only possible via Santa Cruz. A rental car is advantageous but also a challenge.
Overall, it's a nice hotel.

This is a 100% honest review of this hotel
Located about a 10 minute journey from the airport.
The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are clean and tidy a little dated but not an issue, beds are comfy.
The hotel is huge with lift access to all floors.
The main restaurant is very busy at meal times a good selection of food daily buffet style there is also a cooking station doing various dishes, fish, pork chops, ect. On a morning fried eggs cooked to order or omelette. We preferred to sit outside most times as it gets rather loud in the restaurant.
Cashless hotel
We are fussy eaters and after reading some previous reviews I was sceptical about the food but in my honest opinion there is not one thing I could complain about the food is fresh and plentiful and staff constantly replenishing the food as it is taken.
The pool bar in my experience is expensive €11 for a G&T €4.30 for a beer in a plastic cup. Some of tge cocktails look like they are madenwith pre made syrup ingredients. I was shocked they didn't have the National drink Ron Miel at the bars as this is a local drink produced in the canary islands. And having stayed at almost every island in the canaries ive never came across anywhere that does not serve Ron Miel.
A 5 star review this hotel runs very smoothly and that you can clearly see is down yo the hard work by all the staff.

Very happy with this hotel, its a second visit, The food was as good as it can be, this is a four star hotel and the service matches that. Cannot fault the staff for their constant professionalism.
I do wish there was a gym however. It seems a strange omission.

As other have mentioned, great location and service, comfortable renovated room, plenty of bottled water in the room as courtesy, there is supermarket next door, as well as restaurants. The big drawback is the food, I didn’t like neither dinner nor breakfast because of poor quality and overcrowded area. It’s very close to the airport so you do see and hear the planes take off and lading, not disturbing at night (no fights).

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The biggest issue was the unpleasant smell from the kitchen, which was strongly noticeable even inside our room. We had a room with an ocean view, but because of the smell we couldn’t even use the terrace, which is truly a shame. Moving to another room didn’t help either - the smell remained and significantly affected our stay.
Another disappointment was the inability to borrow an iron and ironing board. The hotel only offers ironing service for an extra fee, which I find inadequate for accommodation of this category.
There were also problems with poorly functioning doors - one day the cleaning lady even left them open for the entire day. This is not only unprofessional but also unsafe. Additionally, I encountered a cockroach in the hallway, which certainly didn’t add to the feeling of cleanliness.
The dining experience was underwhelming as well - very little fruit and vegetables. With half board, you also cannot even pour yourself water for free, which feels unnecessarily restrictive.
However, we didn’t let the hotel spoil our enthusiasm for the beautiful island of La Palma, which is definitely worth visiting - we will just choose different accommodation next time.
Overall, a rather negative experience with the hotel that did not meet our expectations.
