We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and really enjoyed it.
The best asset is the staff. Everyone was very friendly and always here to help. We also really appreciated the welcome gifts on arrival which made a very big difference to us!
The room seemed to be renovated and was clean. The big downside was the lack of air conditioning. After checking with reception, we found out that it was only on between 06:00pm and 02:00am which was odd. We often woke up around 3:00am as it started to get hot in the room and, as we had a ground floor room, we did not want to leave the window open.
The food was good for an all inclusive hotel and was different each night. The pool bar was a great addition with plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day.
There were plenty of pools and they were cleaned but the deeper one needs to be renovated. It was very difficult to find a bed as they were reserved from early morning by people who did not care that it was written everywhere that it was forbidden. It’s a shame that the staff does not enforce this rule.
It’s a hotel with ups and downs but for the price paid it was great value and we would return without hesitation.

The hotel- the hotel as a whole is massive, lots of sunbeds, big pools so space for everyone. Great location close to Puerto del Carmen and tons of bars and food places around. By the beach too which is a plus.
Rooms- our room was absolutely lovely. Big and spacious, great sea view, and was very clean with a large balcony.
Food- the restaurant is a great area, lots of tables and choice to sit inside or out. However, food was mediocre. Not very many options and very basic.
Entertainment - the team were absolutely lovely, so friendly and great with kids, with a big shout out to Lorenzo! We would have loved more activities to be on but whatever was put on was great! We enjoyed some of the themed nights but would have liked shows to be a bit longer with mini disco songs sometimes a bit repetitive but the energy was always at a 100%.
The staff around the hotel are absolutely phenomenal and so friendly and approachable. Always willing to help.
They have a great range of cocktails for an all inclusive.
As a whole the hotel had a great vibe, and was very family friendly, safe and welcoming with a great location and view.

We’ve just come back from our stay at Sol Lanzarote and honestly, we had such a lovely time.
First of all, a huge thank you to Lorenzo from the animation team he was absolutely amazing and really made the experience special. The whole entertainment team did a great job, especially with the kids. My son loved the kids club and didn’t want to leave.
Also big shoutout to Brian and the bar team always friendly, smiling, and making really good drinks. not from machines, but freshly prepared, which makes such a difference.
Aleks, who was cleaning our room, was so kind and lovely it’s always nice to meet people who genuinely care.
The hotel itself is really nice, with big, comfortable rooms. The location is perfect right by the beach, and with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. There’s also a big playground for kids, which is a huge plus if you’re travelling with family.
The only downside for us was the pool the water was quite cold, so we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked.
Overall, the whole hotel team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly felt taken care of and would definitely consider coming back.

A very well run hotel, excellent location, excellent selection of food. The rooms are clean and buildings are fine but starting to look a bit in need of refurbishment. The entertainment is great, but the inside area is rather small for the size of the hotel. There are three pools but only the middle one is heated. There are adequate sun beds and hammocks, but not directly poolside. It's a child friendly place and there are inflateables in the pool and healthy child sounds. It's ideal for famies with young children and the entertainment team are smashing people as are the restaurant staff. I would happily return with my three grandchildren.

Entertainment team are so lovely and put in so much effort. The photographer is also a lovely person who provides a brilliant service. The rooms are spacious and there's lots of storage but there was so much broken or damaged that it was actually quite unsafe for our son. The food is heavily fish/red meat based which will suit some. If you don't like those things then it's just spaghetti and chips. However there are amazing restaurants in both directions of the hotel that are very reasonably priced and served delicious food. The beach is lovely. Can't go wrong with the location. Bar stuff were wonderful. Rooms weren't cleaned how you'd expect for a 4 star hotel but we just cleaned ourselves anyway. We had a lovely holiday but it's not a 4 star hotel anymore and you pay a lot considering the rooms are damaged. Definitely happy with the entertainment team though, they improve the experience 👍
