Really lovely stay here. Staff were all super helpful and friendly.
Only issue was getting the milk to go with the tea in the room. I had to ask 3 times before I got any on the following day.
Pools are lovely and the water slide fun! Creperie and beach bar both served great food and the pool bar did toasted paninis which were good too. All inclusive included the cocktails - which we sampled most nights. Games room was good and there was varying entertainment each night, although we generally couldn’t get a seat to watch as it was always too busy (not enough seating).
Hotel really should police the sun bed saving issue better, as despite a sign by the pool saying not to leave towels etc on beds when not in use, that was regularly the case, so we spent much of our time next to the kids’ pool where there were spare sunbeds(and we had no kids with us- just me and my friend).
Handy on site shop selling all sorts of useful things like sun cream, rubber rings and snacks.
One staff member on reception didn’t book us a table at a restaurant as I requested, instead suggesting other places. I managed to book where I wanted to go myself and we had a lovely time there. Bit annoying that he didn’t do as I asked.

This is our 3rd time visiting this hotel and as always we had 0 complaints. A beautiful, relaxing, and immaculately clean hotel. The drinks are very good for an all inclusive and they will pretty much make you any cocktail you ask for. We only use the buffet at breakfast, as we prefer the beach bar at lunch and usually head out in the evenings to Kos town. Any food we had was lovely.
Our room has a beautiful sea view, and we even had a welcome package for our honeymoon. If you’re not fussy on where you sit between beach/pool then you will always find a sunbed. The umbrella chairs do tend to be gone before 9.30 but often crop up again during the day
I cannot stress enough that it is the staff that truly make this hotel the hotel it is. They are hard working, friendly, and genuinely will do anything for you. They even recognised us which seems bizarre when they see so many people each year.
This is our favourite Mitsis without a doubt and we will absolutely be returning again.

Fabian at the front desk was very helpful and especially the ladies and gentleman at the pool bar who clearly work very hard and are always smiling and polite. The service is great and arguably the best I have experienced in any hotel. The food is good and fresh, but could use some more variety all around.
Rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. Fantastic area with easy access to a private beach and short bus ride to Kos town centre and links to Bodrum or other islands.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back or visit other Mitsis hotels!

I spent a week at Ramira on their 'Ultra All Inclusive' package. All the staff were fantastic, genuinely and casually friendly. We spoke to bar staff, restaurant staff, front desk, maintenance and chamber staff, all of whom were really pleasant and great at their jobs. A particular mention goes to Dina, who welcomed us to the hotel and helped with various requests from us- and also Lara, who was very busy but found time to bring a smile along with the drinks.
The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, uncluttered and a pleasure to stay in. There was an excellent, wide range of food to choose from in the restaurants, with additional options of drinks, crepes, waffles and ice cream in the gardens and drinks and cooked food available on the beach, just a few seconds walk from the shaded loungers and large cabana beds. The pools and kids pool/play area looked good and both are attended by lifeguards.
I only gave 'location' 4 stars instead of 5 because, with the beauty of the hotel being away from noisy, bustling nightlife, it also means that the main area of Kos old town is a 45 min walk... but, that walk is all alongside the lovely beach with the occasional cafe or bar, should you want some shade or a drink. Plus, mini-buses are easily arranged to pick you up from the hotel, should you not want to walk. I'd give location 4.5 stars if it was an option.
Hats of the the staff and management of the hotel.

Lovely all inclusive hotel. Good pools. Kids have absolutely loved Helen the kids worker. She's amazing. Worth coming for just her!
Restaurants/bars were good. Italian la-carte is good. Meat la-carte was just ok. Buffet was good all the time. Crepe/ice-cream station was brilliant. Little beach gyros/burger/salad was brilliant for lunch.
Location wise, scooter for 5mins gets you to Kos town. ($4)
Nature reserve close by. I would come again.
