We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was always friendly, professional, and ready to help, making our vacation truly enjoyable.
A special thank you goes to Georgia from the Kid's Club. She was kind, caring, energetic, and incredibly attentive. Her enthusiasm and genuine love for her work made a huge difference to our child's experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future.

We are having an absolutely wonderful stay at Mitsis Bali Paradise. The resort itself is fantastic—clean, beautiful, and well-managed with great amenities.
What really made our stay special, though, was the incredible peace of mind we had at the pool. A huge thank you to Jordan, the lifeguard in the kids' area! He keeps an incredibly close eye on everything happening in the water and works tirelessly to keep all the kids safe. Knowing he was so attentive and focused allowed us to truly relax.
Exceptional service all around—we will definitely be back!

An amazing place, very clean, friendly service, and delicious drinks. The Greek salad is excellent. The highlight for me as a parent of a 2-year-old is the Kids Club with the amazing Georgia, who is full of energy. It's a shady spot with lots of toys, perfect for children. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Bali Paradise and truly enjoyed our holiday. A special thank you goes to Georgia from the Kids Club. She was incredibly kind, caring, and patient with our child, making him feel happy and comfortable from the very first day. He looked forward to visiting the Kids Club every day and always came back with a big smile. It was so lovely to see the crafts and drawings of our child proudly brought back. We would be delighted to come back again!

Overall we had a lovely stay at the hotel. First impressions were really positive — the hotel is clean, inviting, and the main reception staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were also ready straight away which made check-in smooth and stress free.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the general atmosphere around the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable.
However, there were a few downsides during our stay. The food was often cold and there wasn’t a great variety of Mediterranean options available, which was disappointing considering the location. We also found some of the restaurant staff to be quite rude at times.
In regards to housekeeping, our room cleaning wasn’t always completed properly throughout the week. Dirty cups were sometimes left in the room and wet towels were not replaced.
We wouldn’t rule out coming back in the future because there are definitely positives to the hotel, but we didn’t feel the all-inclusive package offered very good value for money, particularly when it came to the food and drinks selection. If we did return, we probably wouldn’t choose all inclusive again.
