Hotel overall was good, we had a good room on the ground floor facing the pool to which as a family with two young children was great because our balcony also faced the entertainment stage so it ment we could let the children sleep and we could sit out and enjoy the entertainment, although the entertainment is the same every night which can get a bit tedious. The food we didnt really rate it, we ate in the first two days but it was always cold and we overheard a few others saying the same and some of the food wasn't cooked well enough, after that we ate out everyday. The location of the hotel was good, it is a bit out the way of main towns but we enjoyed it because you still had some shops & restaurants outside and down the road next to it, along with a big aldi store right next door which was really handy. Right outside there is a car hire place too which was really cheap for us to hire and go down to the local towns etc. The pool was great the kids loved it, it was always busy, and the small kids pirate ship water area was also good round the back, so would recommend for families. Apart from the food the only other thing that let it down was the room cleaning, my son had spilt juice on his bed and it was clear as day it was soaking wet and stained and they just put it all back onto the bed, the sides never got wiped down, so very basic they just come in changed the towels & remade the beds and that was it.

We moved to this hotel on the second day of our vacation because the first one was a disaster and we had to change. Our first impression, as soon as we walked in, was really good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the pools were well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The cleaning staff were very nice and you could tell they cared about cleanliness. We stayed in rooms E105 and E102 and had nothing to complain about. Thank you so much for the birthday wishes and the sweets the hotel staff left in our room. It was very nice. I can honestly say this hotel should easily be a four-star hotel.

Can’t fault this hotel the rooms are a bit dated but the staff are so welcoming we’ve had a great time and just wish we booked longer handy having aldi next door for essential milk tea coffee supplies. The bar pool is well equipped plenty of drinks available and the pool bar snack area has a good choice . We was in block A which we had a front of hotel view over to maspolomas dunes and the sea . A big thanks to all the staff for such a warm welcome.feliz navidad.

Firstly, the entertainment from Davide, Omar, Silvia, and all of the entertainment team was fantastic. They work hard to create a fantastic atmosphere for adults and children at the pool, at the kids' club, and during the evening entertainment! They do a difficult job, and they do it very well. They create a fun atmosphere, and they were the best part of the overall hotel experience.
The location was perfect for us with a free direct shuttle to and from Meloneras Beach.
Our room was a good size with two single beds side-by-side that could be used separately or as a double bed. We had a balcony with three individual chairs, a small table, and a wall-mounted clothes drying rack.
Housekeeping kept the rooms very clean. We had an uncomfortable mattress at first, but this was rectified immediately after we contacted reception.
The all-inclusive variety at the buffet restaurant was excellent, with meal options changed every day. I enjoyed the slushy cocktails and the availability of ice cream, drinks, and food at the pool bar. The pool bar salads always appeared fresh.
I booked it as a package with Sunway for flights and accommodation at a total cost of €705.49 per person for 7 nights, Sunday to Sunday, in December.
For anybody who might have a cat allergy, it might be useful to know that there is an encouraged presence of cats within the reception area. They appear to be pets of the hotel, but I did observe one of them, a striped cat, walking into the buffet restaurant and spraying or urine-marking the white tablecloth on the wine option table just inside the door. Aside from this, the cats appeared to stay in the reception area.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning to this location.

It's a ok hotel.. personally would not revisit.. Need transportation to get around.. Sun beds like gold dust.. Food was ok.. Rooms basic.. Got moved twice due to ceiling leaking thru from above.. entertainment is outside in the evenings and no seats unless you get there at silly early time... So it's a no from us 👍
