We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Akti Palace and could not be happier with the entire experience.
A special thank you to the Remarc International animation team, who were always friendly, energetic, professional, and made every day more enjoyable. Their enthusiasm and dedication created a wonderful atmosphere throughout our holiday.
We would also like to highly recommend the tennis coach, Salvador Salema. His lessons were excellent, professional, engaging, and suitable for all levels. His passion for tennis and positive attitude made every session both fun and rewarding.
The food was outstanding in every restaurant we visited, including Akti Palace, Akti Beach, and all the other dining venues. The quality, variety, and service were consistently excellent.
The hotel and its surroundings were spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with stunning flowers and gardens. The views are breathtaking, the weather was wonderful, and the sea water was crystal clear and absolutely amazing. There are plenty of colourful fish to see while swimming, making the experience even more special.
The only small drawback is that the beach has some pebbles and stones, but with suitable water shoes you can enjoy the sea comfortably and have a fantastic swim.
Overall, everything was impeccable. A beautiful island, excellent facilities, outstanding staff, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences. We highly recommend Akti Palace and look forward to returning in the future! 🌟🌴🎾🌊

We had such a fantastic time staying at the hotel. But I have to highly commend Gevorg and Aurora in the adults only bar in the evening. They were amazing! They were so friendly and the service from them was so great! Please give them a big shout out from the crazy family in the UK

More like a 3 star than a 5
Our room was a superior which could sleep 5 but there was 4 of us and it felt cramped. 5th bed was a pull out sofa bed but this would have been impossible to pull out due to space.
No tea/coffee making equipment in room as advertised on website, I was told this was a mistake on the website but they did rectify this and gave us the equipment and also gave us a mini bar. Room was cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels.
Food was bland and the same things every day. Older lady in restaurant was quite rude when we asked for brown sauce, was just told no, no offer to get any or any explanation why they didn’t have any. We went all inclusive but ended up eating out most days and some evenings because of the quality of the food. Bland/cold/same stuff as day before. I ended up eating jam on toast for breakfast in the end as couldn’t stomach other choices. Toaster took 12 rounds to actually toast the bread, Boiled eggs got darker by the day so not sure if recooked from days before. Omelettes got harder each day aswell.
Only choice for my 13 year old daughter was pizza and chips. This was the same for 7 days. She ended up just eating chips for any meal we had in hotel. They need to have more kids options like nuggets/tenders etc.
Found most staff to be friendly and lady’s on reception always smiling to greet you.
Car hire is 50% more expensive in hotel than company’s down the road but the lady was very nice and done us a deal so only ended up a bit more expensive which was worth it for the ease of collecting and dropping at hotel.
Overall was a nice hotel but would not return due to the food situation . When you go all inclusive you don’t expect to have to eat out most days and spend the 100s of pounds extra on your holiday.

I feel really bad for the staff here. You can tell they have been given old uniforms that are covered in stains and stitching from old tears. Absolutely disgraceful. I will never return to this establishment if that is how they treat their own employees. They deserve so much better than that at such a high end resort.

The hotel its self is a massive place. The rooms are clean and tidy. There area in which the hotel is located is quite a trek away from the nearest town. The hotel does supply a free bus service for this. The food is good but quite repetitive. The moring breakfast rush can be quite a show. The lady maken the omelettes is really slow and sometimes having to wait upto 15-20 just for your turn. We stayed in the adult only area with a shared pool these rooms are a good size but the pool area is shaded so not alot of sun in that area. The drinks well there's plenty of choice available the only issue is the cocktails are from bottles and sometime undrinkable. On checking in your given free pool towels and a safe key which is a plus. The only issue that we had was when it rained the front area of our hotel room had flooded and we couldn't leave and we had to place a towel up against the door to stop the rain from coming in. I would definitely say its a 4* not a 5.
